One of the best hotels on the island of Victoria. I haven't been to Nigeria for several years, and it still looks like this again. The water in the pipes is a bit turbid. Fortunately, the environment is not bad and the stay is relatively quiet. It's okay in such a country.

I was recommended this hotel and found it very good and suited to all my needs. Highly recommend the staff for their friendliness and attention to my every request. The rooms are clean and spacious. Brilliant Experience!!!had a fantastic stay at the Lagos Intercontinental with my family, I stayed in a corner suite on the top floor which was just fantastic with ocean view. The room was large, with a great sitting area and large bath/shower room, with separate guest WC. The air conditioning was perfect and kept the room cool at all times. The hotel provided a high standard buffet breakfast, a fantastic bar area by the outdoor pool for relaxation. There is 24hrs security all around the hotel so I had no worries with safety. Also, Brilliant house keeping staff were all deligent.... Fatai, Chidi and rest-made my suite cleaner throughout my stay with full customer satisfaction. I would say right from check-in counter, to room service, breakfast and ordering food /drinks were excellent I will specially like to say a big thank you to front desk managers from the 2 Mr Adebayos Femi, Amarah and Mr John whom were all professional and did made my 2 weeks stay a memorable. I was well looked after and took care of all my complaints and making sure i was comfortable throughout. Thank you guys, you all are absolute gem, so helpful and friendly. I shall certainly return soon with my family for more heavenly experience. Cheers all.

Took awhile to get checked in. The Porter took us up to a room that sank of cigarette smoke and ****. They had sprayed profuse amounts of air freshener in an attempt to mask the smell. It didn't work and both smells would either make you nauseous or give one a headache. I asked for another room...i wasn't happy when there wasn't one in my range available (admittedly it was vals weekend) as they tried to arm twist me to paying for an upgrade. I refused and asked for a refund. The pleasant manager calmed me down and asked me to hold on. I went to have a pleasant meal in their restaurant. Luckily they made up another room for us. It didn't smell as bad. But in a rush...they forgot our bottled water and extra towel. Twas a nuisance. Later we went to the pool for drinks...i was dissapointed with the cocktails and a horrible fried ice cream cake. Lastly next to us were a bunch of poorly unkempt boys...one was smoking a joint...explains lot of public places smelt of ****...it was a case of either I wasn't meant to stay here or those guys shouldn't be there smoking ****..the hotel TV system is a bit of a pain to operate...and fabric seats in the room was not good...you could see stains not unlike semen...very off putting....but the rooms were a really good size, Good acs and decent price for Victoria island.....i would stay there again...hopefully they would have stopped people from smoking **** there..
