Indoor pool was great. Breakfast food options were great. We always love the Vanilla waffle batter to make our own Belgian Waffles.
When we checked in, the staff was kind and friendly and conversational with both my child and I.
Double Queen room was nice and clean. Comfortable. The biggest issue was that due to the hotels guest Wi-Fi settings, we weren't able to use our Google Home Mini to be able to watch movies all night like we had planned, so it ended up being a bit of a ruined night. The hotel's cable selection was only about 40 channels or so.
Day after check out I received a $15 charge. When I called to find out why, I was told it was for parking. You would have thought that when I checked in they would have given a parking permit or taken my vehicle information and informed me of the charge. It even at checkout. If they had, they would have known that I didn't park on the property, I don't even have a vehicle. We used Lyft. I have a Lyft receipt and I have called the property numerous times, only to be met with an unanswered phone 75% of the time, and when the phone is answered, there isn't a manager available to speak with. It's been 2wks now. It may only be $15 but it's the principle. It is not ok to just take money from someone's account and charge them for services they didn't receive and then not answer the phone or chronically be unavailable. That is not ok.
