"The room was clean and spacious. The staffs were very friendly. Price was very affordable. Breakfast is included, they offered muffins and cereal (bulk), coffee and tea, bread and peeled boiled eggs. If you have allergies, bring your own food. Depending on the room you chose, some has stove, cutlery, dishes and soap at your disposal. Side note: we also booked for the other Econolodge situated behind this one. The Econolodge motel is to be avoided."

"I had a good stay at Comfort Inn & Suites University. The location is very convenient, right near the Banff Trail CTrain station, which made getting around Calgary super easy. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated being allowed to check in early. That small gesture set a positive tone for the stay. The room itself was okay — functional but showing its age. The furniture felt a bit old and rusty, and the ventilation system made some noise. On the plus side, the toilet was clean and well equipped, which I value highly. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and waffles were amazing — honestly, if I return, it would be for the breakfast alone! Overall, a good experience. With some updates to the rooms, this hotel could easily be a standout option in Calgary."

"This was really good! Safe location near the university with a bunch of other hotels. It’s clean with decent shower. Car parking is gated underground. Breakfast spread is above average! Recommended."

"Comfortable hotel. It was easy to get to using the public bus from the airport: a stop just a couple of minutes away. Beds comfortable. What I liked was that the coffee maker could be used to heat water so I was able to make tea."
