"I had a good stay at Comfort Inn & Suites University. The location is very convenient, right near the Banff Trail CTrain station, which made getting around Calgary super easy. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated being allowed to check in early. That small gesture set a positive tone for the stay. The room itself was okay — functional but showing its age. The furniture felt a bit old and rusty, and the ventilation system made some noise. On the plus side, the toilet was clean and well equipped, which I value highly. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and waffles were amazing — honestly, if I return, it would be for the breakfast alone! Overall, a good experience. With some updates to the rooms, this hotel could easily be a standout option in Calgary."

"I had a pleasant stay at The Inn on Officers’ Garden. The room was clean and well maintained, and overall hygiene met my expectations. The location is convenient and quiet, making it suitable for a comfortable stay, especially for business travel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the facilities were generally good and functional. While some areas could benefit from minor updates, everything worked well and contributed to a comfortable experience. Overall, a solid choice with good value. I would consider staying here again."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staffs were very friendly. Price was very affordable. Breakfast is included, they offered muffins and cereal (bulk), coffee and tea, bread and peeled boiled eggs. If you have allergies, bring your own food. Depending on the room you chose, some has stove, cutlery, dishes and soap at your disposal. Side note: we also booked for the other Econolodge situated behind this one. The Econolodge motel is to be avoided."

"Hotel was super nice. Lovely pool and gym. Located right next to the free metro. We came a bit earlier but Aman was superb, super friendly and welcoming, he made sure he could get in the room because it was freezing outside. He made our whole stay. Very grateful for him. Would defnitly stay here again."

"Raccoon suit was big and spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. The host's had breakfast for guests to use in the main kitchen which we found very nice! I have stayed at one of their other accommodation and the standards were equal as great. Definitely my go to accommodation when in YYC."

GGuest UserThe Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent, although the portions were quite large. We attended the Colin James concert, which was epic! The venue was great! Perfect Birthday celebration!

SSky C.I reserved this place for my son's tournament. I stayed well for 2 nights without any inconvenience. However, the table and refrigerator here were too small, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't a big problem. Some other hotels made loud noises with heaters and microwaves, but this place had a microwave inside the storage, so I could use it quietly while my son was sleeping, and the heater noise was not loud. The front and housekeeper staff were generally friendly and the ice machine worked well. Also, it was nice to have a drinking fountain on the main floor and the swimming pool.

Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

Restaurant for breakfast is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parking lot is accessible too. ❗️But my request to book my room atleast closer to my sister was not granted even they confirmed the day before we arrived. We were put on different floors instead. We booked for 4 rooms in total for this trip. 👎🏻
