GGuest UserCheck-in at the front desk was swift. The breakfast staff were friendly, and the breakfast spread was diverse with plenty of options to choose from. It would be even better if they offered fried eggs. When we accidentally left our room key in the room, the front desk staff promptly reissued one for us.

FFeiyangI initially booked for three days, but I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up extending it. It's a fantastic place to slow down and unwind. The hotel is incredibly convenient, with a large supermarket, a shopping mall, and restaurants right next door, so you don't even need a car. Plus, it's located right off a highway exit, making it super easy to reach by car and a convenient base for exploring the area. Highly recommend if you're traveling nearby! Parking is free, and there are always plenty of spots available.

Great location and a nice spacious apartment with a full kitchen. Unfortunately, the bed mattress seems very old and is very uncomfortable. The trains are a bit noisy, and ear plugs are useful, but the bed is what ruined our sleep.
Checkin was easy and the staff very helpful.

YYoYoIt's very close to the station, just a 1-minute walk away. It's so convenient for transportation. Children are not charged for breakfast. You must stay here if you come here~

GGuest UserMy friend and I stayed in twin room. Waa very impressed with the service given and the room itself was perfect for us staying over for one night for a Christmas get together in Portsmouth. We would definitely recommend and go back again to stay. Using this app, was quick and easy I shall be using again in the near future. Thank you :)

GGuest UserThe dining room and bar area very cold did not appear to have any heating. Room 135 never did get any hot water as at the end of the corridor. Insufficient staff but those in attendance worked very hard.
