PProkOutstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

JJonesFantastic hotel! The room (Deluxe Side View) was spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bed was really comfortable and the water was hot. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, from reception to restaurant staff to bar staff. The beach area was gorgeous, white sands. We hotel arranged a night trip to swim in bioluminescent plankton. Highly recommended, like swimming with fairies in the ocean! The food and cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced.

Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel is an absolute paradise, where you can forget all your worries! We were met at the pier and helped with our luggage (even though the hotel is a 3-minute walk from the pier and there's a paved road). Our family room for four was a two-room suite with two double beds. The only downside is that the white, ornate furniture, upon closer inspection, is quite scuffed. Also, the shower is only separated by a partition on one side, so water splashes onto the floor from the other. Otherwise, everything in the room is great. The bedding and towels are clean, there's bottled drinking water, and you can get additional water from the fridge at reception anytime. Each room, as well as the restaurant, has foot showers. The included breakfasts are delicious, offering fried eggs, pancakes or waffles, pastries, ham, cheese, sausages, rice or noodles with vegetables, and a large selection of fruits (mango, pineapple, orange, passion fruit, papaya, dragon fruit, watermelon). Lunches and dinners from the à la carte menu at the restaurant are also very good. The restaurant always has a pleasant atmosphere, sea views, and tables right by the beach. On some evenings, there's live music and a BBQ on the beach. Nearby in the village, there are other cafes of varying standards; the local ones are cheaper and tasty too, but the decor and service suffer. In the second half of our stay, we stopped looking for variety and only ate at the hotel restaurant. The hotel beach is simply magical! Super white sand, turquoise clear water! There were always enough sun loungers. There are free paddleboards and kayaks, table tennis, and giant chess. The pool has plenty of inflatable rings, toys, and armbands for small children, which I saw people also take to the sea. There's also a cool surf club with an artificial wave. It's paid (I think $25 per hour), but we each received a card for a free hour of lessons during specific times. Our teenage son was thrilled. The restaurant has board games. The hotel also offers boat and tuk-tuk excursions. We took a private boat trip with snorkeling, fishing, BBQ, sunset viewing at sea, and glowing plankton. We didn't take the tuk-tuk as we decided there was no better beach than ours here. There's a massage parlor on the beach, with massages starting from $20 per hour, bookings at reception. We really enjoyed the massage. I heard doubts from others about this hotel due to a road running between the hotel and the beach, but it's not at all bothersome, as traffic on this road is minimal. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel; it's worth the money and has everything for a wonderful and comfortable holiday.

PPaul MelvilleBit of a mixed bag at this place but with some easy tweaks it could be perfection. Good : Location, beach is clean, food is tasty, bar prices are good and Nas the bar manager makes a great cocktail, breakfast is plentiful and varied, pool is clean, sun beds, towels and paddleboards are available. Bioluminescence plankton is visible but you have to swim out away from the bright resort lights. Bad : Room type Beach View Villa - Lots of mosquitos in the room as the bathroom is not sealed, would be good if they gave you a net for the bed and room spray as I got badly bitten overnight. Wifi is really bad, you only have 1 plug socket for the entire room which isn't next to the bed, the lights are either all on or all off (the wall lights are decoration apparently so aren't wired up) and again the switch isn't near the bed, and you have nowhere to hang clothes or swim wear to dry, a line or rack would be really useful. Basically without tweaks the beachfront villa are overpriced. The staff were incredibly helpful when trying to resolve issues. I would return but would book a Sea View Room which are slightly cheaper, sealed and had great WiFi.

AArtur GataulinWe stayed in “Eden Beach Resort” and want to share our experience. Location is good because hotel has private pier, where the boat will take you from/to Sihanouk Ville. It was comfortable. I was impressed by the hotel green area as well 🌴 The hotel has their own water purification system, we drank tasty and fresh water everyday from reusable glass bottles. Unfortunately we had some inconveniences in the hotel during our stay there. Check in was a long time. We arrived on island 11 a.m. and waited check in 4 hours, 3 p.m. When we asked about a breakfast, we were told that breakfast not included this day, although previous hotels often went to meet us, and it was pleasant. Breakfast costs 12$ per person. Breakfasts was tasty but after few days I tired from it. I would like to pay your attention with strays. Cats and dogs were in diner zone, they are they itched and got in the way. It made Unpleasant impressions. I also want to say about some disadvantages about cleaning up rooms. In the morning time, when we spent time on the beach, our room wasn’t clean. If we went to walk, we asked the staff about cleaning our room. One day we didn’t ask about cleaning and we were left without cleaning 🤷🏾♀️ There were 4 towels in the room: 2 big towels, 2 small towels, which for face and hair (I think) but we used this towels for feet because there were no extra towels. Totally staff working is good. Especially was pleasant administrator from Russian (as well as I remember Alex, but I can mistake). He helped our friends immediately (they had a problem with a safe and ordered double cleaning room because there is a lot of sand). What about attractions? The beach is good, near the hotel is clean but you should be ready for sand flyers. Oh Jesus! We were fully bited by them. Therefore our skin was swollen. At the hotel you can rent a kayak. One day we paid 5 $ per hour. Then we were explained that it is necessary to pay only if there is the queue. During check out we were waiting checking the rooms about 10 minutes. It’s not good 😁 a lot of more hotels refused this process. Our final review. Despite the some disadvantages our weekend in this hotel left a good impression. Place is beautiful, good, calm. There is a small work to improve the part of the service and cleaning, as well as control of the state of the territory and animals.

GGuest UserATTENTION!!! THERE ARE LOTS OF BIG DOGS AT THE HOTEL AND ALL OVER THE ISLAND!!!! IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO WALK AROUND AND RELAX!!! The hotel is located on a long white sandy beach. The rivers near the hotel don't stain the sand, and the sand is soft with no stones or coral fragments. There are no corals or sea urchins near the hotel. Transfer from the pier is arranged. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping and towel changes. Wonderful à la carte breakfasts with a wide selection. There's no kettle or fridge in the room, but you can get hot water at the bar. There are a few mosquitoes, but nothing major. There are several cafes and a couple of shops nearby. Next door, there's an ATV rental where you can arrange transfers to other beaches. The beach on the other side of the island has very beautiful corals.

AannaanxenI have mixed feelings about this hotel! On the one hand, there are definite 'pros': 1. **Location**: Absolutely stunning bay with white sand, turquoise water, and breathtaking views. 2. **Hotel Grounds**: Well-maintained. The cleaning staff works hard, and even though it's clear there's a shortage of personnel, the grounds are still well-cared for. 3. **Room Assignment**: They listened to our request and gave us a room just a 3-minute walk from the pool and beach. 4. **Food**: Good, but only when ordered from the à la carte menu. 5. **Transportation**: We were met at the pier upon arrival and driven back to the pier on our departure day. However, that's where the positives end. Be prepared to see the other side of the coin – the 'cons' of this hotel: 1. **Bungalow Condition**: The bungalows are a complete disaster. Walls are dirty, duvet covers are torn, the bathroom is damp and moldy, and there are mysterious stains and splashes everywhere. Windows haven't been cleaned, and towels and toiletries are not replaced. No slippers, no safe. 2. **Pool Area**: Mattresses are dirty, towels are ripped and covered in horrible stains. All the furniture – umbrellas, sun loungers, towel bins – is rusty, battered, and worn out. It should have been replaced five years ago! 3. **Reception**: You can barely call it a reception. The fans are rusty, the sofas are sticky, and it's an unpleasant place to be. 4. **Breakfast**: Simply awful. To say there's nothing to eat is an understatement; it's extremely meager. The only decent food is from the à la carte menu. 5. **Excursions**: We asked about an island tour for snorkeling, fishing, and a trip to M'Pai Bay. We were told it would be $48 per person for a group of 8+, but 'the boat wouldn't go due to bad weather.' If it was just for two people, it would be $85 per person, but 'there was no boat.' In the end, we walked 200m to the left and bought the exact same tour from 'Mr. Nice' for $18 per person! We had an amazing time – a full day with a great group, and we saw everything we wanted! We paid 37,000₽ for 3 nights, which I consider a significant amount of money to end up with torn linen and dirt! You know, my issues aren't even with the staff, but with the hotel owners – the management is non-existent, and that reflects in both the service and the hotel's condition! It's long overdue for a renovation!!! I've attached photos; judge for yourselves! As for us, we left the hotel every day of our three-day stay because it was unbearable to look at. By the way, we walked through the jungle to Lazy Beach and were absolutely thrilled! It's a 25-minute walk from the hotel – a magnificent beach with a truly authentic atmosphere ❤️ I highly recommend taking that stroll!

GGuest UserWe stopped over before heading to Koh Rong, so we only stayed one night. The staff is lovely. The room is very big. The bathroom is also big. Great soaking tub. Everything was clean, but the sealant around the glass shower and toilet is overdue for a replacement. This is close to the beach so I'm sure the upkeep is daunting due to the humidity. Toiletries included shaving kit, toothbrushes, q-tips, etc. A full stock of toiletries was provided. Waters, lipton tea, instant coffees, robe and slippers. We had a partial sea view and city view, which was beautiful to wake up to. We never stayed in this part of town before so we decided to try it out. To anyone coming in wishing to enjoy the streetfood or family nightlife, I would suggest visiting Ochheuteal Beach. It's a quick ride about 7-10min with a tuk tuk or car which are readily available around the hotel via Grab app. We had dinner here and it was okay, I'd say 7/10. The burger beef patty was subpar, but the bun was surprisingly fresh. The beef lok lak was great. The spaghetti bolognese was sweet and not very good in our opinion. The fresh fruit juices were absolutely wonderful. We had pineapple and watermelon. Breakfast had a great chicken broth kuyteav and other basic cereal/toast items. Some spread items and a menu for a la carte. I would definitely say everything is very Asian and western friendly in my opinion. As we are a mixed group and were greatly satisfied with our stay. All praises to the staff, they were all excellent. From the front desk check-in, bell hops, to the restaurant staff all 10/10. We did not make it to the beach or pool to see how it was, unfortunately, but on all other regards I can definitely recommend this hotel.

ММария ПершинаWhat I liked: The excellent, comfortable bed and pillows, pristine white linens and towels. The hotel staff contacted me in advance and helped me book ferry tickets and a car from the pier to the hotel. The hotel restaurant served quite delicious dishes. Breakfast was also very good, despite the limited selection. You can use paddleboards for free at the beach. Snorkeling from the shore was also decent; we saw two cuttlefish. The beach is a dream, with one small caveat. There were always enough sun loungers. What I disliked: The beach was littered with plastic remnants from the sandbags used to reinforce the shoreline. One evening, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco at sunset. The waiter opened it and threw the foil directly onto the sand, shocking us with such disregard for this beautiful place. Another morning, guests at the neighboring table on the beach had Coke brought to them. By lunchtime, no one had come to clear the glasses and cans. By sunset, the same cans were still lying on the sand; the glass cups, however, seemed to have been collected. There were also many disappointments with the room: everything was shoddily done, built in a hurry, the furniture was stained with paint, the rug and hat in the room were torn, and in the huge shower, there wasn't a single hook or towel holder. There's also no shower curtain, so the toilet was always wet. Half of the light switches didn't work, and the switches by the bed were swapped. When you leave the room and take the key card, the light above the entrance also turns off, making it quite an adventure to return in the dark and climb the stairs. There's a refrigerator, but it didn't work, and this was the case in two different rooms. At the entrance to the bungalow and the restaurant, there are hoses to wash sand off your feet, but none of them worked. My husband took one apart and cleaned it, and then it worked. Conclusion: With proper management and care, this place could turn into paradise. Things to be prepared for: In the evenings, there are many mosquitoes or gnats on the beach; they bite hard and itch for a long time. Repellents are essential. Within walking distance, there's only the neighboring cafe and nothing else. This could be both an advantage and a disadvantage for some.

GGuest UserMy friends told me that this place is not what it used to be. I didn't like the manager's attitude towards me as a tenant. On the first day, I asked to extend my stay for one night, and he came to me without warning. I was eating at the time. Secondly, there is no soundproofing here. Every conversation you have will be heard from the hallway. Also, if for some reason you need to go to bed late, be prepared to be woken up early. The bedding really leaves something to be desired, but I had my own bedding. The kitchen area had good ventilation. All the dishes are provided. There is a pot, but no stove. My sink drain was clogged with someone else's hair. It had been there for so long that mold had formed on it, but no one was going to clean it up, so I did. I'm not a pig, and I'm not going to live in filth. The bathroom is extremely small. Bathrooms like this need a different kind of renovation, not the one that's currently being done. What upset me the most was the moment of my eviction. I notified the manager of my departure time a day in advance. It was fixed. He asked me twice because I wrote a complicated sentence in English. I should have used simpler English. But the next day, when I was checking out, I asked to be escorted to my car because I had a lot of bags. But the manager said he was not at the hotel and there was no one there at the moment. No one could help me. I am a strong girl. It is not difficult for me to cope with this on my own. The problem was that when the car arrived, the security guard said he would not allow me to load my belongings into the car without confirmation of my eviction. And I wasted my time waiting for clarification of the circumstances. On the positive side, I liked that the pool was always warm and very large. There is also a shopping center nearby.
