"Fantastyczne miejsce, pomocna i uprzejma obsluga, wszedzie czysto, wyposazenie pokoju kompletne. Bardzo wygodne lozka. Blisko do śródmieścia. Po calodziennym zwiedzaniu mozna skorzystac z sauny i silowni oraz bilarda czy pilkarzykow w czesci wspolnej. Szczerze polecam to miejsce."
"The innkeeper retains security at the hostel through the night and morning. It really feels safe to know someone is at the compound door. They gave me top floor room which has a great view of old town square and the bridge across the water. The highlight of this property really is being a stone’s throw from Gdansk’s nightlife district. You don’t need to worry about catching the bus."
"We just returned from our stay at this hotel in Gdansk and couldn't have been more delighted. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The room: Simply magnificent. It was very spacious, decorated with exquisite taste, and had an incredibly comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep after long walks around the city. The cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom: Modern, sparkling, and very well-equipped. The shower had fantastic water pressure, something that is always greatly appreciated when unwinding at the end of the day. The breakfast: A true spectacle! There was an incredible variety of options, from local cold cuts and cheeses to fresh pastries and hot dishes cooked to order. All with excellent quality ingredients. Without a doubt, the combination of a perfect room and a breakfast fit for a king made our trip to Gdansk even more special. If we return to the city, we will definitely stay here again."
"Amazing experience at The Cloud One Gdansk. The interior is very impressive and modern. The location is perfect, everything you need is a short work away and there’s also a 24 hour shop across the street. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!"
"He said that the transportation where he lived was very convenient, very close to the train station and the old town, and the room was very clean. There is a Spanish or Mexican restaurant downstairs, and the staff is very friendly."
"I really enjoyed my stay at Apart Neptune. The apartments are very clean, modern, and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having proper air conditioning in the loft bedroom—it made a big difference. The location is absolutely prime, right in the heart of Gdańsk Old Town and the reception staff were super friendly and accommodating. Lovely view of St. Mary’s Basilica from my window. A few small points for improvement: the apartment I stayed in didn’t have a washing machine, which would have been a great bonus for longer stays. The breakfast buffet is decent but quite small, and not ideal if you’re vegan—there were no plant-based milk options, and it would be great to see some vegan cheese or yoghurts added. Otherwise, if you’re vegan, you might leave breakfast a bit hungry. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Gdańsk."

Amazing
GGuest UserWe stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room matched the photos perfectly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of options to choose from. The location was also excellent, as the train station was within easy walking distance, making it very convenient to travel to Sopot, Gdansk, etc. The only downside was that the cutlery and plates at breakfast were occasionally not completely clean. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience was very positive and we would definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserEach time I come to Gdansk I stay at PURO. Great service, hotel rooms spacious and clean with all amenities. They are very helpful and accommodating with all the requests. And they have a sauna and great bar at the top floor.
JJon69Great location in Gdansk. The room was nice, it was in the new section. The new section has a separate entrance, requiring registration at main entrance. Breakfast had 6-7 choices to order from and service was pretty fast. Had two bath towels and one washcloth They did supply shampoo/body wash though. We had air conditioning Overall a pretty good experience and we loved Gdansk. Świetna lokalizacja w Gdańsku. Pokój był ładny, był w nowej części. Nowa część posiada osobne wejście, wymagające rejestracji przy wejściu głównym. Śniadanie miało 6–7 opcji do zamówienia, a obsługa była dość szybka. Miałem dwa ręczniki kąpielowe i jedną myjkę Dostarczyli jednak szampon / płyn do mycia ciała. Mieliśmy klimatyzację Ogólnie całkiem niezłe doświadczenie i bardzo nam się podobało w Gdańsku.
GGuest UserEverything was perfect. New property, clean and well maintained, in a quiet area. Easy self check in. Nice little studio, equipped with all you can need.
GGuest UserVery good location, room has a bath, which is quite rare , but it's so nice after trip to make a bath for relaxation and recharge. Breakfast was amazing! Stuff is friendly and flexible. I will recommend it.
GGuest UserIt was a lovely staty at this hotel, I would recommend it to anyone going here. The staff was really helpful and there a direct bus to the old town from here!
