"A short trip between Xmas and New year , location is super convenient (only 1km or less to the Wavel castle) . Very large breakfast . Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Water is free if taken from the distributor on each floor ."
"Kraków is truly a beautiful city! The hotel’s location is excellent !Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the room’s skylight design ! it was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so special. Highly recommended!"
"The entrance was difficult to find. It was on the side, not the front. Because there was a lock on the building itself, there was no room key. Breakfast was included in the hotel rate, so it might be a good idea for those who have to leave early in the morning. (There was plenty of fruit available.) The lockers were quite large, enough for larger items like backpacks, but my suitcase for international travel definitely wouldn't fit. For some reason, the elevator didn't work, so I had to climb quite a few stairs while carrying my suitcase. The WiFi didn't work at all, which was extremely frustrating... It was also frustrating not being able to properly watch YouTube or TikTok at night. The toilet and bathroom were in the same room. The bathroom door could be securely closed, so the sink never flooded."
"26mins walking distance from the bus station. 17mins if take tram or bus. Rooms are clean and toilet wash room also clean. Security wise is good from the stairs going into the room need door pass code and the common are and kitchen also need pass code. But, it's a bit too much. You need to put on bedsheets for your own bed and duvet and pillow case as well."
"Hostel Deco, nestled in Kraków's heart, offers prime access to attractions. The spotless rooms and shared spaces impressed me. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. Modern facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, met all my needs. For budget travelers seeking comfort and convenience, this hostel is a gem in Kraków's crown."
"The hotel is located in the city center, just at the foot of Wawel Castle, and it is very convenient to visit the old town. The view from the sky bar on the roof is great. The breakfast is very rich, it is recommended to enjoy it slowly early in the morning."
"Excellent location, just some mins walk from old town and castle. Room is neat and clean. Nice view from the room window. A pleasant stay in this hotel :)"
"Great hotel and very highly recommend. The staff were all very nice and helpful to our requests such as early check in of around 9am, and also helping us with luggage storage even after checking out. I would like to thank the staffs who were on duty from 3-5 April 2025, they were very kind and friendly. There location is superb as well as we are located near bus and tram intersection and the tram is just right outside our hotel. It is not noisy as long as u close your windows. There is free still/sparkling water and coffee dispenser. Room is clean and there is a fridge. Highly recommended"

Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.
GGuest UserThe hotel, the structure, the staff, the position close to city Center; everything was just perfect for our stay in Krakov. we also enjoyed the sauna and the small salt chamber, breakfast was not so much of choice but really good, and the chef benedict's egg, just perfect - very recommended!
GGine GuyThank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
PppwongExcellent stay in this hostel. Location is very good, right in front of the tram stop, a supermarket right next door, a few minutes walk to the old town and Buda Castle and amber choice of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostel has been renovated and the amenities are with free use of the washing machine. Highly recommended to stay in this hostel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to nice parc area and has good transport connection to the city center and Rynek area. Very good breakfast with nice combination of international and local cuisine. Welcoming and helpful stuff should be noted and praised. The room is adequate and cosy with just one note: you should be a slim acrobate or a gymnast to use shower normally, - the bath is nice and spacious, but it would not be easy to take shower comfortly and without having spilled water all around, for XL-and-over persons it is impossible at all. But generally it should not be so gross, and the staying in this hotel is nice, just maybe there should be more local channels on the hotel TV.
GGuest UserHotel is a little out the way of the main square, but a short taxi ride away. Lidl supermarket round the corner, hotel itself was in super clean condition, WiFi included, stsff very polite, I'd definitely stay here again for sure!
