"This is a 5-star hotel as soon as we walked into the hotel we could feel it. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When I reported that the fridge in our room was not working, it was changed straight away. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town centre with walking distance. I would stay again on my next visit to Szczecin. 👍"

"The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, bright, and wonderfully quiet. The breakfast was outstanding!! Since we stayed over Christmas, they offered a buffet instead of à la carte, but the food was of high quality with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was excellent—very central, just a 3-minute walk from the central station and with a tram station conveniently located right across the street. We would definitely book the hotel again if we plan to visit Szczecin again!"
