"We stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return."
"Kraków is truly a beautiful city! The hotel’s location is excellent !Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the room’s skylight design ! it was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so special. Highly recommended!"
"Excellent Location, 3 mins to Main Square, very continence, the first night hear people singing party loudly in midnight, the rest two nights were quite."
"PROS *Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms. *The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection. *Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room. *Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops. CONS *The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression! *The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights. Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me."
"The hotel is located next to the main square. It means convenience for tourist but also kinda noisy especially weekends evenings till 10 o’clock. Breakfast is great. Room is big enough. Bathroom is clean. All overall it’s a good hotel."
"We had a very cheerful greeting on arrival and were upgraded from a deluxe to an executive apartment. (Not sure why). The apartment was spacious and immaculate with some lovely touches - the foyers were decorated for Christmas with Christmas trees and wreaths. Complimentary water tea and coffee. Coffee cream in fridge. Nespresso machine with selection of nespresso pods. Dressing gown and slippers. We forgot our plug adapter but the receptionist was able to lend us one. The location was perfect. 30 seconds walk from the main square. Being so close meant we didnt need to rush up in the morning. Some nice restaurants/bars on Bracka Street and nearby. Really easy to be able to pop back and get out of the cold for a bit. We didn't use the kitchen area for cooking but you could easily cook yourself a meal with the facilities available and fridge to store food. Our only negative was the bed was very creaky when rolling over which disturbed both of our sleep a little, but overall we don't have any complaints and we would definitely stay again. We had a late flight home and reception were really kind to store our bags so we didn't have to carry them around all day. Thank you."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.
GGuest UserThe hotel, the structure, the staff, the position close to city Center; everything was just perfect for our stay in Krakov. we also enjoyed the sauna and the small salt chamber, breakfast was not so much of choice but really good, and the chef benedict's egg, just perfect - very recommended!
GGine GuyThank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
PppwongExcellent stay in this hostel. Location is very good, right in front of the tram stop, a supermarket right next door, a few minutes walk to the old town and Buda Castle and amber choice of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostel has been renovated and the amenities are with free use of the washing machine. Highly recommended to stay in this hostel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to nice parc area and has good transport connection to the city center and Rynek area. Very good breakfast with nice combination of international and local cuisine. Welcoming and helpful stuff should be noted and praised. The room is adequate and cosy with just one note: you should be a slim acrobate or a gymnast to use shower normally, - the bath is nice and spacious, but it would not be easy to take shower comfortly and without having spilled water all around, for XL-and-over persons it is impossible at all. But generally it should not be so gross, and the staying in this hotel is nice, just maybe there should be more local channels on the hotel TV.
GGuest UserHotel is a little out the way of the main square, but a short taxi ride away. Lidl supermarket round the corner, hotel itself was in super clean condition, WiFi included, stsff very polite, I'd definitely stay here again for sure!
