GGuest UserA beautiful hotel with elaborate landscaping and interior design. The rooms were clean and the beds were super plush. Very cosy and relaxing environment with welcoming staff. There’s a garden you can walk around after breakfast. One downside is that the toilet flush is pretty weak but that’s just a small matter. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Khao Yai!

SSupasinee TOne of the most impressive stays I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful, green, clean, and beautifully maintained. During our visit, it was a long holiday and quite busy, yet we were able to check in on time. The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. We enjoyed an oil spa treatment and traditional Thai massage — everyone in the family agreed it was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, from the parking lot attendants, front desk, spa therapists, and restaurant team to the pool staff, security guards, and café baristas. For dinner, we tried The Fable Fest and every dish was just as delicious as the reputation promised. At the Rabbit Café, the shio pan and coffee were outstanding — every cup and every bite was delightful. In short, this stay was truly memorable in every way. This is one of those hotels that can genuinely make you smile from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.

RRifu._.garhPros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too! The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect. Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware.

Our room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and a great view. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool—it’s the perfect place to unwind at sunset. Special thanks to the staff who were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Highly recommend for a stylish weekend getaway!

GGuest UserThe location is close to highway, and nice to drive in. Air conditioner is also equipped to each room. My kids were afraid to sleep in tents before arriving this place, but my kids loved to stay this place’s tent. I really recommend to stay in this place.

GGuest UserMy stay at Chateau de Khaoyai Hotel & Resort was seriously awesome. The whole vibe of the place is incredible, like something out of a fairy tale. But what really blew me away was the service. The staff were so friendly and down-to-earth, always there to help with a smile, but never in a stuffy way. They made us feel so welcome, like we were staying with friends. The facilities are just top-notch, too. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds are super well-kept—perfect for a morning stroll. Our room was spotless and comfy, and we had everything we needed. Honestly, it's the kind of place you don't want to leave. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing people and a beautiful setting, this is it. We're already planning our next trip back!
