The rooms are clean and up to standard. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room view is beautiful, and the in-room amenities are good quality. I recommend everyone to come and stay here for a relaxing time!

The hotel is located in walking distance from Songkhla old town/night market, and refurbished out of an ancient if not heritage building. It showcases the beauty of Thai Chinese interior design: every single display item brings back lots of nostalgia from the good old rosy days. The only drawback is the sound insulation as I could hear the convo from my fellow visitors next doors during my stay and also the sounds from outside (cat meows and roosters singing). Luckily i had my ear plugs so still managed to sleep. It seems the rooms on ground floor are nicer than those at second floor.

The hotel is great but definitely has to have transportation. It’s a distance from Songkhla town. there seems to be a night market next door. It rained so we didn’t go. We had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was reasonable. We were late due to some unforeseen reasons. But were given about 30 minutes extra to get breakfast.

Very nice place, feels like home! Host is friendly, and a very good cook :) roti for breakfast is the best! Room was huge and comfortable, everything works and thumbs up for filled water bottle! If we come back in songklah we will definitely come back here!

Near CBD have car park Old town Good to stay

Breathtaking view of the villas makes me love the place. As a business tourist, I highly recommend this hotel for long staycation if you want to relax privately.

The staff are friendly and helpful. After I checked in, I asked him where to rent a motorbike, they immediately shared some info with me and helped me solve this issue. Their English is great and fluent. The room is spacious and clean. It's near the two main beaches and on Fridays there is a morning market nearby. The only downside is that there was some music outside during my stay until 5 a.m. Maybe it's due to the room location. If I go to Songkhla, I will stay here again for sure.

I loved my stay here so much I doubled my original days. I had a lake view room, bed, pillow and linen were all superb. Location was perfect to wander around old Town.
