It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP

The room was clean. But honestly, a $45 Resort fee for this old resort is a bit hard to understand.

The hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. There are enough parking spaces to park wherever you like. Breakfast is a typical British and American breakfast, which can fill you up. The service attitude at the front desk was very good. When I checked in on the first day, I didn't pay attention to put the credit card in the suitcase. I didn't let you swipe the card and let me check in first. Overall the hotel is good!

Location is fine. Close by the casinos/Reno event conference, but no homeless. Check in staff was friendly. Room/bedding are consistent with my expectation on a Courtyard. I didn't use the swimming pool but noticed it is pretty small. Parking is $12 a day and in a structure across the street. Overall, it met my expectations and is good.

Great place to stay in Reno, good prices and friendly staff. Enough facilities to not need to leave the hotel which is good in the snow.

Great gym, sauna, stream room. Very clean room & excellent facilities. Fantastic water purification drinking water. In room coffee maker. Fab cafe downstairs. Fast internet. Wonderful staff. Good prices & no rip off resort fee (that other reno hotels charge extra)

The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

Stayed for 21 days. Area is a bit sketchy. Had to keep asking to clean room too.

Breakfast can be eaten, a regular continental breakfast. Service is OK, the restaurant can use the microwave oven, drive to Walmart in 5 minutes, and 15 minutes to the main street arch of Reno.
