Amazing
AAleksei & NataliaAn excellent place for a vacation, whether you're a couple or a family. It's a huge complex with all the necessary amenities. There are cafes and shops on site, but prices are a bit steep. The nearest town is a 20-minute taxi or scooter ride away. We rented a scooter right at the complex. It's a secluded complex with its own beach. There are 6 pools within the complex (one with slides, a main one, two on the rooftops of different sections, one in a separate spa complex, and our favorite by the Pool Bar with a stunning sea view). It's clean and aesthetically pleasing. But keep in mind, there's not much to see or do outside the complex. This is purely a relaxation retreat.

GGuest UserThe service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite good. Some houses are old, some are newer. We stayed in perhaps the oldest: the Private Pool Villa, which is in dire need of renovation. The first disappointment was that Trip.com only allows you to rent this house with breakfast included, and there are only two of us. Upon check-in, after explaining the ”forced overpayment,” the hotel didn't even offer any compliments (a voucher or discount on dinner, a discount on a massage, etc.). In the evening, we turned on a lantern that shone directly into our eyes from the sea. Why not put it on the roof of the house? It would illuminate the area at night and not cause discomfort. The lighting in our pool didn't work. To give it credit, the pool itself is incredibly large! And with a view! I'd also like to point out that the hotel is located on a hill, and to reach the reception, restaurant, or parking lot, you have to navigate stone paths with varying elevations. The beach is currently washed away, the rocks are exposed, there are no sun loungers on the sand, and the sea at high tide comes right up to the path used by strollers from other hotels. After the lawns around the house flooded, mosquitoes began to swarm in the evening. We saw a small green and white snake at our neighbors' house, and then at ours. The water temperature in the pools is the same as the sea; we found it a bit cool. But the pools themselves are clean; ours was cleaned every day. The grounds are large and very green. The breakfasts are good, but they never cook the eggs all the way through! When you fry a regular fried egg, you always end up with a lot of runny whites. A nice touch: at sunset, they brought 3-4 pieces of biscuit to your room with a scroll of some local legend and a goodnight wish. When booking this accommodation, be sure to keep in mind that it's located far from the nearest shops and restaurants, which are a very long walk! We called a taxi or walked a long way along a nearly unlit road.

ББрицынаBased on the photos, everything looks great. But two days here is definitely enough. It's my first time in Mui Ne, and initially, I didn't realize how far this place is from the center or what that even meant. The price certainly justifies the stay – just be aware that you're staying in an area far from town, where all the cafes and shops offer the same limited selection. If you love good food and enjoy a cappuccino in the morning, this isn't the place for you.)) The grounds are small and beautiful, the rooms are clean and new, and there's a pleasant view from the window. The room price includes access to one pool (the second isn't necessary and costs an additional 170k). There are electric carts and escalators for easy access to and from the sea. It gets very windy and even chilly in the evenings. We didn't have hot water in our room. If you want to escape civilization, this place is perfect. If not, it's better to choose a hotel in central Mui Ne.

JJoJoTThis establishment is a themed hotel and a five-star property operated under an international brand, well-suited for families traveling with children. The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the city center. It is more conveniently accessed by domestic guests traveling by private car or via organized tour buses. International visitors are advised to approach their stay with a resort-oriented mindset, focusing primarily on on-site leisure and amenities. Overall, our two-night stay suggested that the hotel falls short of the standards expected of a five-star establishment. The reception staff, along with certain other employees, appeared unprofessional, as though insufficiently trained. Their demeanor and level of professionalism during the check-in process were not commensurate with those expected at a luxury hotel. The lobby is not equipped with air conditioning and relies solely on fans, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment, whereas the elevators are air-conditioned—creating inconsistent temperature conditions throughout the property. The facilities in the children’s club were visibly unclean, which is a matter of concern. The 35-square-meter room is reasonably well-appointed, and the separation of the toilet and shower is a commendable design feature. However, certain details reflect inadequate maintenance; for instance, the shower curtain exhibited signs of mold. The adult swimming pool is of good quality and constitutes a positive aspect of the hotel. In contrast, the children’s pool is rather limited in design, lacking slides or other recreational features. The restaurant offerings are average in terms of variety, presentation, and taste—adequate but unremarkable. This represents a notable drawback, particularly for guests intending to spend most of their time dining within the hotel.

MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.

GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
