The front desk beauty service is very good. The room plus stool is moved from the first floor to the fifth floor. The room service attitude of this price thinks that it will be discounted. The room is quite spacious. It's very bright when you get in. It's also clean without a trace of dust. The view outside is also very good. The waiters are very professional and very familiar with the surrounding area. They can explain everything clearly to you and avoid a lot of detours. GGuest UserDuring this trip to Lanzhou, I stayed at Hanting Hotel Zhangye Pedestrian Street. It was very convenient to travel around. It was very close to Zhongshan Iron Frame and White Pagoda Park. There was also a street in front of the hotel called Dazhong Lane, which had all kinds of delicious food. It was quiet and comfortable to rest at night. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk were also very polite. I was very satisfied with the service. I will stay at Hanting Hotel here next time.

GGuest UserI went back to Lanzhou for the Spring Festival and stayed for eight consecutive nights. This was also the hotel I booked after reading reviews before traveling. After checking in, I found it was really good. The front desk was very enthusiastic. I originally booked a double bed room. When I saw that I was with my child, I immediately said that I would change it to a twin bed room. The room was large and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows and air conditioning. It was cleaned in time every day. Fruits and coffee were given free of charge during the Spring Festival. The experience in all aspects was in line with the five-star standard. I recommend that you consider staying! In addition, the restaurant of the same name next to the hotel is delicious and the private room environment is comfortable. I ate several meals in a row, and both adults and children liked it very much! The hotel has a superior geographical location. The Tuanjiexincun subway station is 100 meters to the right of the door. The Jinqiang beef noodles next to the subway entrance must be punched in for breakfast every day! It was a perfect experience!

What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏
Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

8852 Serendipitous LifeVery happy with my stay. The reception is not located on the ground floor but staff make it very easy for you to find the elevators. The room was very clean and well maintained. All facets of the suite worked very well.
The “Executive Lounge” is located in the lobby and contains a fair selection of Whiskeys and Wines.
This was my first time staying in a Hilton, this hotel has now set a bar for my hotel experience.

The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Facilities: There is a matching gym. You can burn calories after breakfast. It is clean and hygienic, with complete equipment and new maintenance.
Service: The service attitude is very good, and the girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic.
When you come to Lanzhou, you must stay in a four-star hotel, which is a suite brand under InterContinental. It is trustworthy.
There is also a very popular chain brand Zhu Guangyu Hot Pot Restaurant next to the front desk on the fifth floor. Haha, you can have a good meal at night. It's great. I will stay there next time.

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
