Mountain View Hotels in Lanzhou

The room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

I didn't have high hopes when I booked the hotel, considering the price! But it really exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, and there was no sewage backflow or odor issue mentioned in other reviews! The bed was also very comfortable! Especially the morning airport transfer – it was snowing, and the roads were very slippery, but the driver and hotel staff were very attentive, constantly reminding us that the roads were slippery! The driver drove very smoothly the whole way, getting us safely to the airport! If I had to nitpick, it would be that the room's soundproofing was a little poor, but the hallway was very quiet at night, probably because most guests were catching early flights and went to bed early, so it didn't affect my sleep at all! I forgot to take photos, but the room photos are exactly the same as the hotel's promotional pictures!

The hotel is right next to Zhengning Road Night Market, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Zhongshan Bridge is just a leisurely walk away. The room was also very clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, providing great recommendations for local food and attractions. My friends and I were all very satisfied with our stay.

We booked seven rooms on a road trip and were all very satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast was delivered to the room, the hotel staff was very responsive, and we added the hotel's WeChat account and all our questions were answered. The hotel opened this year, the bedding was very comfortable, and the rooms were well soundproofed, so our sleep was not affected. There was nothing to criticize. We returned to Lanzhou on June 28th and stayed there again for two nights.

The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

Because I was very busy after returning from Chongqing and Xinjiang, I didn’t write a review, so I will write it down today. A very pleasant travel stop. I can find such a cost-effective hotel in a big city. The key is that it is a big hotel. The management respects the guests very much. The details are very good. The view from the floor is also excellent. The price is also the same during the National Day. It's so comfortable (very cheap in Chongqing), and it's very convenient to travel around with the elderly. Public transportation and taxis are so convenient! , our family is very satisfied. We can eat everywhere outside the hotel. I would also like to praise all the staff. The doorman in the parking lot actively helped with parking. The front desk service is very heart-warming. Room service, etc., all staff are of high quality👍 👍👍, I would like to add that I have a habit of making phone calls when booking a hotel. Because it was my first time booking, I got a free upgraded room, which was quite clean. However, although the upgraded room had good lighting, it was a bit noisy at night because it was close to the roadside. Although I could sleep well, I asked the front desk the next day. The young lady helped me change a room that was not close to the roadside. The young lady at the front desk also changed it for me quickly. Thank you very much! The hotel includes breakfast, which is rich in variety. You can also take it back to your room to eat. My friends and I were very full! tasty! Before leaving, the front desk also gave me a small bag of snacks. I liked it very much. Thank you~

We used to trust Vienna International brand but this one in Lanzhou West, is below our expectation. The bath towels were torn and had frayed edges. No one could believe seeing torn bath towels in use. Room size, bed mattress, air conditioning were fine. Breakfast had nice varieties with fresh cooking. Laundry dryer took exceedingly long time to dry clothing, probably due to poor ventilation or insufficient dryer heat. Hot water shower was good. Quality standard of room preparation needs to be improved. 

I have stayed at this hotel quite often during my 37 trips to Lanzhou. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and proficient. My only problem this trip was that the shower only had hot water and the cold water could not work. So I hurried with my shower before the water got too hot. The location is on a very active street with Line 1 Gansu government stop around the next corner, maybe 400 meters total. I will stay there again.

Generally satisfied, but foreigners' accommodation is not very recommended. Since it is a general condominium, the entrance to the site is difficult to understand, and the entrance door of the building cannot be opened without a pass code except for one place. I didn't know where to check in, and when I went to room 3304, which was described only in the Trip.com app, a man who contacted the owner came out and managed to meet the owner. It is salvation that the owner was a very good person. The room was on the top floor and the view was very good. However, there is no air conditioner described in the equipment, and I think it will be a lot hot during the summer day. The private room, bus and toilet are not very clean, but I felt it was reasonable considering the price. Overall, I don't think it's particularly bad except check-in compared to hotels in the same price range. The bus stop is almost in front of you and can walk to Lanzhou West Station. Restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby, and it is a very good location if you use Lanzhou West Station.
