Not bad and also very good, it’s average….

ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO! Spesso le recensioni negative che leggo sugli hotel alla fine non si rivelano corrette, ma in questo caso devo dire che erano particolarmente veritiere! La camera che ci è stata data il primo giorno era a dir poco INSALUBRE: a parte la poca pulizia, e la doccia e gabinetto che perdevano acqua dappertutto, la cosa peggiore era la MUFFA: ce ne era dappertutto e non si riusciva a respirare. Dopo la prima notte (siccome ormai era tardi e non c’era più nessuno in reception) abbiamo deciso di lasciare un biglietto la mattina seguente dicendo che la camera non era nelle condizioni per poterci dormire e volevamo un’altra camera. Ovviamente abbiamo dovuto lasciare un biglietto perché alle 9:00 la reception era chiusa, sebbene da orario sarebbe dovuta essere aperta, e noi avevamo una prenotazione al Louvre che sicuro non potevamo annullare per colpa loro. Alla sera torniamo e il signore della reception ci dice che purtroppo hanno tutte le camere occupate perché non avevamo fatto la richiesta alla mattina e quindi le aveva già date tutte. Quindi l’unica proposta è stata quella di avere un’altra camera il giorno dopo, sebbene il biglietto che avevamo lasciato lo avessero letto (visto che ci ha confermato di averlo visto) e aveva sia il mio numero che quello di mia madre, quindi avrebbero benissimo potuto chiamarci se gli fosse interessato qualcosa. Dire di aver dormito nello schifo è dire poco, abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra di notte perché non si respirava dalla puzza di muffa. Il giorno dopo finalmente ci danno un’altra stanza che per lo meno era decente e sicuramente in condizioni igieniche migliori. Se fosse stato così fin da subito non ci sarebbero stati problemi. La cosa assurda è che ci hanno trattate come se fossimo delle rompicoglioni perché non volevamo dormire in quella camera putrida, cioè incredibile. E poi ovviamente alla reception nessuno parlava inglese, quindi o sai parlare francese o ti attacchi al ca**o in pratica. Un’esperienza orrenda! E mi limito qua.  Magari sotto questa recensione l’hotel risponderà e dirà che non è andata così, ma purtroppo la realtà è stata questa, quindi se vi volete bene spendete un po’ di più ma trovatevi una sistemazione migliore a Parigi!

We came a bit late as we were cycling from the Calais ferry terminal to Paris ( it took as 2 days of cycling) and it was raining so we were so happy because this hotel has a bike storage. The room was clean but they forgot to give us towel. We had to ask . There’s no kettle in the room but it compensated with a huge space. The lights in the room were not too brights that’s why my photos are a bit blurry

Traveling alone abroad, I chose Hôtel Rachel. The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was smooth. However, the next day, the hotel suddenly asked to change rooms and charged extra. I was completely panicked, as I was unfamiliar with the area. Fortunately, I booked through Ctrip, and after contacting customer service, they responded incredibly promptly! They were professional and patient, constantly reassuring me. The issue was resolved quickly, and I didn't have to change rooms or pay extra, which gave me a complete sense of security. Objectively speaking, the hotel's cleanliness and ambiance were acceptable, and the facilities were average. However, the price was certainly affordable. For a single room at hostel prices, I didn't expect much; a private place to sleep was all I needed. Ctrip is a reliable platform, and they'll cover my back when it matters. Choosing Ctrip for international travel is truly reassuring and reliable!

My room was rented to someone else. I was relocated to a small room with no indoor toilet or shower. Stifling heat, rude staff. In short, deplorable service.

The hotel simply explained to me that they had rented my room to someone else even though I had booked online. No compassion or help from them. Definitely to be avoided. Obviously, no refund was issued.

The location is safe, with a supermarket nearby and the metro station less than 2 kilometers away. The kitchen hours were very limited, and the bathrooms were very dirty. The room did have clean towels and bed linens.

Good service, friendly and clean. The location is a bit far from the emblematic sites. To get there from the Bercy bus station take the metro line 9 and then transfer to line 5 and then walk 15 minutes to get there. But overall I recommend it.

Well located hotel 1 metro station from Paris with lots of public transport, the rooms are clean and well appointed for a very reasonable price per night with helpful staff

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen, in fact it was not a hotel but a shelter. This shelter does not only accommodate tourists, it is not even clear who the other people staying are. The room was terrible. The bed was in a collapsed state. I do not understand how an elite agency like you can market this hotel. If I were you, I would immediately cut off my cooperation with this hotel. It is damaging your brand.

Hard to find, small sign, staff not very polite, but the bedroom is suitable for the price, not far from the train station.
