Hotel was located close to the city centre. £20 a night for parking and £10 per hour for late checkout. Overall good hotel with some interesting and unique features.

This was a very nice hotel to visit, food was good at the breakfast buffet, the room was very nice and stylish and would definitely stay here again in Leicestershire.

Firstly after paying your hotel room before you are checked in, they'll require you pay an extra £50 caution which will only be refunded 7 days after your stay. Secondly they'll tell you your guest is not allowed in your room. Even after all the absurdity shower in bedroom wasn't functioning. It's by far the worst hotel when it comes to customer service. Staff are absolutely useless and couldn't render any form of help. I'm definitely not going back and advice anyone not to try to

Quick & easy check in and out - great staff, helpful & friendly.
One room for improvement, is better privacy is required on the balcony suites.

Fantastic boutique hotel. The staff are a diverse as Leiceter itself, and are friendly and efficient.
Room comfortable and funky.
Enormous value hotel. Deffo stay again.

The hotel was lovely. I liked the fact that u can check in yourself instead of waiting for a staff to attend to you. The room was nice the only bad point was the bed it was very uncomfortable besides that would definitely recommend this hotel.
