The ******* beer in the cabinet tasted surprisingly good. I wanted to buy a few cans from the hotel, but I didn't expect that they gave me three or four cans directly. Hahaha, happy! I am a southerner who is afraid of cold and doesn't like to turn on the heater. I asked the girl at the front desk to get a quilt for my bed in the middle of the night. The service is so good. I always like to stay at Atour when I go out. Recommend!

This hotel is the most satisfactory hotel I stayed in Lhasa. The guys and girls at the front desk were very warm and thoughtful. The room was very clean, the view outside the window was nice, and it was very convenient to eat and travel around. The hotel breakfast was great. Very considerate service. I will come back to stay next time.

Excellent service, we are very happy with the hospitality that was offered to us at the hotel. Everything from cleanliness to service to going the extra mile with free floor of mineral bottle, turn down service with fruits and yoghurt etc. Not forgetting the excellent view of the Potala Palace from our rooms as well from the breakfast table truly made our stay a very memorable one.

The hotel is in a very good location. Jokhang Temple is right outside the door. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Potala Palace and 10 minutes to walk to Ramoche Temple. There are many choices of food around, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are also very good, spacious and clean, and there is oxygen supply. Although I have adapted to it after a tour of the Everest Base Camp, the front desk staff Yangji provided good service and patiently arranged a car to take me to the airport bus. His attitude was also very friendly

We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a prime location, not far from several attractions in the city. It has its own parking lot, suitable for self-driving. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is clean, quiet and has good service. The room is equipped with an oxygen concentrator. The hotel breakfast can be eaten until 1 pm, with a rich variety, which is worth recommending.

InterContinental is still the same style as before. However, there are still some differences between this paradise and the mainland, such as no gym and swimming pool, and no balcony in the room. The service standard is kept high. The housekeeper Nancy contacted me early and asked about my well-being. I am very satisfied. I hope InterContinental will do better and better!

The room was clean and the parking lot was spacious. I am not good at parking, so there are dedicated parking attendants. The front desk service was very good, and they upgraded our room. Although the room was a bit old, fortunately, someone came immediately when there was a problem, and the problem was handled in a timely manner.
