Atour Hotels in Lhasa

When I first arrived at the hotel, the warm smile of the girl at the front desk made me feel very friendly. When checking in, she noticed that my face was not very good, and immediately sent a cup of warm sweet tea, and thoughtfully arranged a well-ventilated and sunny room for me. Late at night, I suddenly felt unwell. I used to come and go to the plateau frequently for business trips. This time I probably caught a cold. It was snowing in Lhasa. After that, I quickly contacted the front desk, and the duty manager quickly arrived with the staff. They were professional and calm. One helped me adjust the pillow and body position, and the other gently patted my back to help me breathe. After I felt more comfortable, I felt that I didn’t need to go to the hospital. What touched me most was that they were afraid that the room’s diffuse oxygen supply was not enough, and they also thoughtfully pulled the oxygen tank. It was so thoughtful. The next morning, the doorbell rang gently. I opened the door and found that it was the girl at the front desk who personally brought the breakfast tray, which was filled with porridge, side dishes and steaming sweet tea. ”I was afraid you might feel uncomfortable, so I sent it directly to you,” she said softly, ”Just tell us if you need anything.” Every day after that, I could always hear a gentle knock on the door at a fixed time. Sometimes it was fresh fruit, and every time it was accompanied by warm greetings. Before leaving, the girl at the front desk specially wrote down my return time and helped me call a car in advance. She stood at the door of the lobby with concern in her eyes. At that moment, I suddenly realized that real service is not about form, but about caring from the heart. In this strange city, I met not service staff, but a warm presence like family. Thank you for interpreting what true hospitality is with your meticulous care. Such warmth is worth remembering forever. Next time I come, this will definitely be my only choice.

I stayed for four days, so here are my impressions. Check-in: The staff were very welcoming at first, offering hot tea and trying to upsell me by scanning a QR code to upgrade to a premium membership. Since I mainly use Ctrip, I declined, and their attitude immediately turned sour. Over the next few days, most staff greeted guests, but there were exceptions. Accommodation: The room was very dusty. Because I'm allergic to dust mites, my nose and eyes started itching shortly after checking in. Atour's air conditioning has a peculiar wake-up call service: The air conditioner occasionally made strange noises during the day, but this wasn't a big problem (I have video evidence, which I can provide if needed). The most absurd thing was that on the day of departure, at 5 AM, the air conditioner started making strange noises, earlier than my 6 AM alarm! This was probably an extra service; thank you Atour for the thoughtful wake-up call! The room was well-stocked with water and toiletries, and the room cleaning staff deserve praise! The bedding was a bit firm; my friend and I prefer softer bedding, so it wasn't very comfortable. Laundry: I used it once. While the clothes were drying, I left a note asking the staff to retrieve them. They did put them in a bag, but the clothes were still damp when they were put in the bag, including a pair of thick jeans. Hotels I've stayed at before would tumble dry the clothes again, which might be an extra service. This Atour didn't offer that, but they did put them in a bag for me. Generally, it's fine for a one- or two-day stay. If you're looking for better service, you might need to check out a few more hotels.

An excellent experience! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the front desk staff, Chenghuan and Caiyun, were incredibly attentive. The cleanliness was also impeccable.

Great location, only a 10-minute walk to Jokhang Temple. There are plenty of good restaurants, shops, and various outdoor/hiking brands nearby. I really liked their bedding (not just the pillows, but the bed itself felt like it had a memory foam topper, very comfortable). The bath towels were all individually sealed in plastic bags, which felt more hygienic. I paid extra for breakfast, which was standard quality, but the absolute best part was that their 6th-floor restaurant offers an amazing view of the Potala Palace. There's also a small rooftop terrace above the restaurant for taking photos :)

Had a fantastic stay in Lhasa! The room was very comfortable, and I slept incredibly well despite the high altitude. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!

In the next few days, as long as our family returns to the hotel, the thoughtful staff will specially bring us a cup of warm milk. Secondly, it is very troublesome to wash clothes on a long trip. But Atour's laundry room is professional and clean. You can achieve the freedom of washing and drying clothes every day. You can also entrust all to the front desk. Every day when I return to the hotel, I get clean and fresh clothes. It's so happy The only thing that is a little shortcoming is that the room is not big. But in this area of ​​Lhasa, at this price. This area is acceptable

Lhasa slept the best in recent years. On the day of check-in, I was weak and speechless. Gesang at the front desk saw that I was in poor condition. I immediately poured water and provided oxygen cylinders. I upgraded the room type for me. I also took the initiative to greet my colleague sister to help carry the luggage to the room and told me that if I rested, I would still feel uncomfortable calling the front desk in time. Gesang's warm and thoughtful service touched me so much! This Atour is newly opened, the room is clean and bright, the laundry room is clean and hygienic, the surrounding environment is quiet, the travel is convenient, and the decoration specifications are better than that of many first-tier cities in the mainland. There is a Lhasa River outside the hotel, and you can overlook the Potala Palace. It is too important to sleep well on the plateau! I'll come back often.
