酒店在國慶假期時房間已滿，卻還有房間可以訂，到店入住時卻被告知是酒店老闆自己住的房間，花着大床房的錢住了一個不到十平米的小房間，房間衞生差，洗手間空間太小，衞生間的門都不能完全打開，衞生間頂還有發黴現象，也沒有電視機。最後一點，酒店在沒有通知我們的情況下私自進入房間打掃衞生，我們所有私人物品都在房間，如果少了東西酒店負責嗎？

來連雲港旅遊，酒店體驗非常差價，和朋友點了兩間房間，一間臨時漲價貴了100多，幸虧平台補差價。另一間，因為去的三個人，不同意開房間，但後續我們另外兩個人去其他酒店開房間，當我們再去開本屬於我們自己的房間時，前台告知，酒店房間租給別人，首先沒有經過我們同意，也沒有走平台退款，前台衹是説了一聲，就把酒店房間出給別人。

差評，差評，房間裏面臭的要死，馬桶還是壞的，空調聲音賊大，訂的新港城度假酒店，去了説不是那家，是另外一家，嚴重虛假宣傳，再也不去第二次，位置也偏，周邊沒啥吃的，不建議住東站附近
