The hotel is situated within the old town, thus not accessible by car. However, it is just a short walk (maybe except for elderlies） from the road and has easy access to many food and shopping options in the old town. The hotel also arranged pick up and drop off to help transfer the luggage from/ to the main road. Lobby area is well designed and very windy. It is nice to just sit there,have tea or do nothing. Breakfast, afternoon tea and even supper are included. There are plenty of fruits too. Room is very spacious with Smart Controls. While the room is very very clean, there is a foul smell in the washrooms. Not sure if they are caused by smoke or the dirty parts of the drainage. Service is superb especially the male staff on night shift during our stay who went over and beyond. He is truly dedicated to his job and making every guest feels welcomed. Please promote him or give him a pay raise. ( However, there’s another male staff in the day shift with an attitude and made us feel a bit unwelcome. We would have rated lower for service because of him but the night shift boy made up for everything.) Lastly, while the hotel offers free laundry service, it is still very misleading to state that there’s a washing machine in the room on trip.com. Suggest to amend this.

Upon arriving in Lijiang, I checked into Puzhi, and it was absolutely fantastic! After spending two days in Dali, I returned to Lijiang and chose Puzhi again. Both the hotel's facilities and service are truly outstanding!

The hotel is nestled within the ancient city, accessible by a short walk along a cobblestone path. Despite this, the service is excellent. They provide airport transfer services and even help carry your luggage upstairs, so there's no need to worry about heavy bags. The hotel's environment is fantastic, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The rooms are also very spacious, and breakfast and afternoon tea are included.

The service was fantastic and the place was spotless. The decor throughout was also beautiful and had a really premium feel. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed! The location is super convenient; even though it's within the ancient city, it's surprisingly quiet. It's less than a ten-minute walk to get out of the ancient town. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was spotless, and the courtyard was beautiful. We had a wonderfully comfortable and truly excellent stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. Our child absolutely loved it too! We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

Absolutely the highlight of my entire Yunnan trip. The amenities are excellent and spotlessly clean; they've thought of everything, right down to providing dental floss. The staff are incredibly warm and proactive, always anticipating your needs with thoughtful gestures. Their luggage assistance was also prompt and very helpful. For this price point, the value for money is virtually unbeatable. 👍👍

The B&B has a lovely atmosphere and is perfectly situated right by Lijiang Ancient Town. It offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. The breakfast selection was also quite varied, and on a hot day, the afternoon tea area was an incredibly comfortable spot to relax.

Afternoon Tea Set (exquisite fruit platter, tea pastries, selected cakes, choice of coffee or Pu'er tea): Fantastic! It was perfect for spending some time with the kids. Service: The service was excellent! On the day we arrived, a young man came to pick us up, and the young lady at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast: It was quite simple, yet delicious. The variety was a bit limited, but perfectly acceptable.

This is a truly exceptional guesthouse. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. They offer 24-hour butler service, and all requests were promptly addressed. Every staff member was incredibly dedicated and attentive. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang, and next time, I'd love to experience a room on the second floor!

The room was excellent, and the service was outstanding. They provide a convenient shuttle service to/from the ancient city entrance. A really thoughtful touch is that all amenities, including towels and toilet seat covers, are disposable, ensuring great hygiene. Each room also comes with a small private courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing and having drinks and chats with family in the evening – truly delightful. Plus, they offer complimentary white fungus soup every night.

Located on the edge of the old town, it offers convenient access to everything without being overly noisy. The service was warm and attentive; they even offered personalized recommendations for local attractions based on our needs. The rooms are spacious, and the common areas are also very comfortable. Upon arrival and departure, staff assisted with luggage, using trolleys to transport it to the main road.

The hotel is located within Lijiang Ancient Town, very close to its South Gate. If you notify them in advance, they will send someone to pick you up, which is a very thoughtful service. Despite being situated within the ancient town, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The breakfast is simple but good. The rooms are very spacious, perfect for a family of four, and offer excellent value for money.

This guesthouse is fantastic! Its location is quiet and peaceful, yet incredibly convenient for exploring the ancient town. The facilities are excellent and modern, even featuring a Dyson hairdryer. All drinks in the minibar are complimentary. Breakfast is surprisingly generous for a guesthouse, and served until 11 AM, which is perfect for late risers. Upon check-out, they even gifted us some local flower cakes. Absolutely fantastic!
