我進去泳池很滑，旁邊沒提示板。然後直接摔進了泳池手機耳機全部進水，我也沒打算讓酒店怎麼樣。然後我就去想着先把澡洗了。結果洗澡的時候發現水降不下去！我就打電話給商家看到成都號碼就掛了…我是把您怎麼了嗎？然後我就説算了我不住了退房他不願意。我一身摔得淤青手機耳機全部進水。（打電話用的我老公的，還有我朋友的）然後大半夜的進去特別嚇人的感覺，燈泡一直閃。哪個浴缸。。簡直臟的不忍直視！後面我朋友也説不住了錢他也不要了，後來勸了下他我就和我老公去他房間了我們睡都沒睡天亮了白天休息了下就走了！！你説我肯定是房間有問題才打電話給您是吧？掛我電話，我朋友電話也不接。看到我們號碼就掛了，我們又沒讓你補償又沒把你怎麼樣！有這樣的人？真的服了，別説你們晚了要睡了就掛了。。我朋友第二天給他打電話他也沒接嘛！離譜媽給離譜兒子開門

服務很好，管家能做到訊息馬上回復，管家還能幫忙取快遞，這是我沒有想象到的。一次住了大概10天左右，第三天隔壁裝修，和老闆説了。老闆馬上就過來和裝修的人説了，老闆還帶我們去看了附近的房子，因為行李太多，就沒換。後來再也沒有吵到我們了，我們也就住的很

酒店位置很好，位於福灣小區的別墅區，生活也很方便。很適合自駕的人！小區環境非常好，就像住在公園裡，離海邊非常近，走路也就幾分鐘就可以到海邊，在海邊直接可以看到亞特蘭蒂斯。這個海岸錢和亞特是同一個海岸錢，海水🌊非常好，是小區自己的沙灘🏖️，所以沙灘很乾凈，人也不多，很適合帶孩子或喜歡沙灘的人！
吃的也比較方便，小區門口就有超市和各種小吃和酒店。房間帶簡單的廚具，也可以自己做飯！
我入住的房間設施有些陳舊，但衞生還可以，老闆態度很好，遇到事情也積極協商解決！一次不錯的選擇

環境不錯👍周圍绿化很好，房間也可以四周都是泳池，可以隨時游水噢👍但服務不咋的，冲凉房跟廁所在多一个就更好了！！！

這次海南之旅 體驗最不好的一晚 衝著泳池訂的本想着可以解放雙手孩子玩水，但入住的房間不是網上訂的，老闆給換房了，我們定的沒有了，我就不明白既然沒有了為什麼網上還不下架。升級後的房間兩室我們也用不上而且泳池不在卧室旁邊就很不方便。地方雖然很大，但地上全是活着的和死的蟲子，衞生間還有蜘蛛網。床品很乾凈，但沒有空調，有點憋得慌，還不敢開窗 ，沒有紗窗。我的體驗。
