The reception staff was very kind and responded perfectly. We are a family with one small child, and we booked a standard room. However, the room was only allowed to accommodate two adults, and three people including a child were not allowed. We made the reservation without knowing this, and although we would have had to pay an extra fee, the reception staff was kind enough to arrange an extra bed and allowed us to stay without paying an extra fee.
We usually stay at Marriott hotels and have elite membership status with Marriott, but this was our first stay at ALL. Through this wonderful service, we have become fans of ALL. Thank you.

The room is quite old. There is only one plug for charging at the table in the whole room. The air conditioner is also very old and noisy. But I received cake and wine for my birthday. The front desk service is also good. The housekeeping is very clean every day. The room has a balcony to look out the window. There is a hanging iron. The refrigerator magnets in the store in the hotel are 3.5 euros each and there is no discount. We bought 5. 1 euro each on the street orz

Even though I explained the reason why I couldn't stay in this hotel(Portugal Embassy didn't get me the visa on expected date because of continuous delay of work) , they didn't get me a refund or adjust the date. I sent so many emails that can prove my absence, but they just defined me as the no-show client hahahahahaha
I understand that some of the accomodation doesn't offer the refund, but it was not my personal issue but the administrative issue in Portugal. But why should i pay 100% of my fee? I wasted over 600$

In general, something normal. We went as a couple to spend 3 days with breakfast included. The breakfast was meager and had very little variety. The staff who are providing services in the morning are very serious, all of them. !!There is nothing wrong with that!!!. At reception, however, they are kind and friendly. And something that I will never understand, and not only in this hotel, although it has also happened to us, is that if they give you the option of 2 single beds or a double bed, why don't they comply with what you previously reserved? And if there is no stock, at least they send an email notifying you of it. And finally, the window in the room did not have a handle to open it. I understand that for security reasons it is not possible to open it completely, but tilting is ideal to air out the room.

Hotel location is close to the metro and train stations but just need to figure out where they are located.
The staff at the check in and also dining area are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice enough and had a bit of variety. The shower room was better as it was covered by glass door. The overall hotel is a bit dated but no real complaints.

The bathroom is big, but the room is too small. It is difficult to spread out a 26-inch suitcase in the room. There is no table. The breakfast is average. The bed frame squeaks. The room cleaning is good. You need to manually locate the door when you use the bolt, otherwise it will automatically locate the parking garage on the street behind, and you have to walk around.

Hotel is good but location is too far away from city centre. When we arrived to check in, the staff made a mistake on giving the wrong number of room to us. That was weird because when we headed to the room, one of the cleaners was cleaning the room and we need to go back to the reception.
Hotel overall was good but I am not satisfied with the toilet. The design of the bathroom is weird because there are no enough space for my stuff.
Breakfast is average but don't expect too much.
Rooftop poll is good but water was dirty someday.

I stayed in Lisbon for the first time in 2017, and chose to stay again in 2025. This is a very good choice. The room I was given last time was on the side street, and this time it was facing the monument. The hotel has been renovated, and for me personally, the pillows are very comfortable! At the end of Liberty Avenue, it is convenient to get in and out (there are city tour buses and buses to outlets), and there is a subway down the small road. There is a McDonald's next to the hotel. I didn't order breakfast this time, and there are many places to eat around. The luxury stores on Liberty Avenue are still the same, in the old location, and have not changed. Walking on Liberty Avenue, the past scenes are still in front of my eyes...

Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

9.1/10
華華人-明先生The hotel has finished the purple flowers downstairs, and the bathtub on the top floor is exclusive for the club suite guests. The suites are very good and the price is not expensive. The nearby Atlantic seafood is superb. The friends in Lisbon are good in English and very enthusiastic. The law and order is very good. Well, during the day, I can take the train to Rocca, and I will embrace the Atlantic for the first time in my life. It is 1 million kilometers away from Beijing, and the time difference is 7 hours. It is too far away.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent being in the centre of everything.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices and fruits are fresh and delicious.
Room size was a bit small but comfortable and cozy.
Would recommend for anyone who looks for value in traveling
KkthérèseThe river view room and toilet were small for one person so I’d image a couple would be uncomfortable here. The location is right in the heart of Alfama and a 10-15 minute walk to Chiado/Barrio Alto. I was excited to come and stay at this hotel after reading the reviews about how friendly the staff are, but I did not receive any welcoming or friendly service from any of the staff here. In fact, I felt unwelcome and almost as if I was bothering them when I spoke to them at the reception or asked first a simple request like water for my room. I previously stayed at Montebelo Vista Allegre hotel in Chiado and I would recommend this hotel instead. I wish I stayed there for the entirety of my trip.
VVincenzaThe room is large with 2 large and comfortable beds next to each other, the bathroom with shower is spacious with soft and large towels provided.
The general cleanliness is very good, they changed our towels every day even though we didn't ask for it (a choice that I think is not very eco-friendly)
There are some cafes nearby (we didn't include breakfast) and restaurants, the bus stop to the center is just a few steps away.
The center can also be reached on foot with a walk of about 15 minutes.
The Hotel has a covered parking lot at a cost of €19.00 per day, absolutely essential if you arrive by car since there are no other parking lots nearby.
AAndreI would book again but a bigger room. The installed not fully closing glass door to the bathroom/toilet will never be my favorite.
The reception is service oriented and welcoming. The cleaning staff should be instructed to communicate without yelling at 9.30am.
Location good. No view, but this is always an issue with small hotels in city center.
I would have expected more CR7 fan articles.
GGuest UserThe room is very nice and big, the kitchen facilities are complete, and the location is absolutely great. It is not difficult to get the key through self-service check-in, but it is best to write it clearly on the Ctrip page. In addition, Ctrip does not give you the password to enter the gate, so you have to contact the management yourself. I parked my car in a parking space across the street and was fined when I was carrying my luggage upstairs. The reason was that this parking space was only for residents and cost 60 euros.
AAnonymous UserBe careful with this hotel, in which service and facilities are wildly variable.
For our last night, one bath towel is missing for a room of double occupancy - a schoolboy error as they would call it - and when we requested the second one, the receptionist acted as if he were doing us a big favour. Then, on our last day, neither of our two room cards worked when we returned to the room 30 min before check out time - and because of receptionist shortage, it took us a good 15 min to get a replacement card - not a good thing for a hotel that brands itself for being chic and high tech.
The room controller, which is run by the TV system, as well as the lighting panel, are as dysfunctional as they get - one would have thought it should be a very simple thing to raise or lower the temperature through a quick flip of a switch, or a simple touch on dial. Instead, it is waiting for the TV to warm up, entering the room control panel, blah blah blah.
Note also a double bed at this hotel means two single beds slapped together. Not great if you have no wish to sleep atop a trench.
Our last night happens to be on a Friday, and the lobby practically turned into a dance floor with loud and cheap beats that went all the way to almost midnight and heard even on the highest floors.
No problem for being chic, but being chic is very different from being dysfunctional and uncomfy. A shame, as the location is excellent, some of the staff were nice and helpful, and some of the decor are clever.
TTaewanIt was better than I expected! I was more satisfied because the price was cheap.
However, the location is a bit ambiguous, but you can take a taxi to go to tourist attractions.
The supermarket is close
WWariyukiI won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre.
The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment.
Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers).
Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too.
Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately.
Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.
SSantosThe room was super clean, the location is near a public transportation which I'd good ans bad at the same time due to noise, the stuffs are friendly and helpful.
Therr only negatives are:
There is a TV and AC, but in order to use it you must demand the remotes.
As well as the fact that we either give them a credit card or 50 euros as a warranty instead of a ID, which we found it not so common and were doubting it, ans of course we gave cash.
A perfect breakfast gives you energy for the day. If you want to stay at a hotel near Lisbon Twin Towers with a high-quality breakfast, you can consider staying
