Ottima struttura fronte mare in pieno centro cittadino. Buona l’accoglienza ed il servizio, ambienti, sia comuni che privati, molto pulito. Bellissimo il lido con attrezzature nuove e sempre pulite. Buono il ristorante sul mare come il bar. Non è la prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e sicuramente torneremo.

Direi confusionari : dopo avermi negato il cambio data di un solo giorno perché la prenotazione non era revocabile ,arrivata sul posto la camera era prenotata per la giornata successiva ( come da richiesta più volte negata , sia da loro direttamente , che da voi di trip.com)
Prima della partenza mi
è stato chiesto di pagare il parcheggio ben 3 volte e tutte le volte specificavo che non avevo utilizzato quel servizio ….
Che dire ? Organizzazione non proprio al top 🤷🏻♀️

I’m pretty sure they turn off the A/C at night. We thought ours broke at 1am. They came eventually to look at the thermostat and when we requested a new room they needed a second opinion.
That guy who came in gave my husband attitude as he only saw me on the room and said that he wasn’t registered because his ID isn’t at the front desk. My husband had to work all day and only came back with me after dinner. Also when they checked me in they forgot to give me the waiver that states if you have another person in your room. I know that because they gave it to me to sign when I checked out.
The second room the A/C also mysteriously stopped working so we had to sleep with the windows open which was fine until the sun came up. Missed the breakfast buffet so can’t say much about that.
Honestly wish I could get my money back. Couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

We returned for a second year to enjoy a short break by the sea. The Garden Lido is a quiet, family friendly and comfortable hotel. The standout features are spacious rooms, a good sized pool, very good breakfast and excellent service. It's own private beach is across the and though it comes at an additional cost, well worth it. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Loano and its many restaurants, bars and ice-cream shops. We stayed for 4 nights this year and would probably not stay beyond a week but will certainly return next summer for a break enjoyed by 3 generations, and most of all the youngest. Thanks to the staff who genuinely make it their priority to ensure guests' needs are met.

Mi chiamo Angie, ho 4 zampe e sono una lady... sono però anziana e ho problemi deambulatori. Qui al Garden Lido mi sono sentita a casa e coccolata da tutti. La mattina io facevo il bagno in mare in una spiaggia libera vicino all'albergo e poi mi asciugavo in piscina mentre la mamma faceva colazione. Il mattino la prima camera che facevano era la mia così la mia mamma dopo poteva lasciarmi in stanza a riposare mentre lei andava in spiaggia. A pranzo mangiavo con lei al bar della spiaggia. Vi dico di più: le ho fatto risparmiare. La mamma infatti per me ha dovuto solo pagare 15 euro per tutta la permanenza. Ora però sono un pó triste perché sono prossima alla partenza. Spero di tornare presto. Un caro saluto a tutto lo staff soprattutto alla signora Sabrina e al Signor Pier. Angie

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per una notte su Booking al costo di 225 Euro ed al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che non era vista mare , aggiungendo circa 75 euro ci è stata proposta la miglior camera Suite con vista mare . Accettato il sovrapprezzo abbiamo potuto accedere immediatamente in quanto la camera era pronta. Dettagli; bagno sprovvisto di piccoli accessori basilari per doccia e shampoo , richiesti immediatamente alla reception , Frigo Bar con 4 lattine di acqua e niente altro Letto matrimoniale da dimenticare per materasso e cuscini , senza alternative , notte insonne ! Oltre agli schiamazzi e musica provenienti dai locali del porto molto vicini, l’assenza di doppi vetri impedisce l’isolamento acustico. Servizio bici molto buono , con biciclette a pedalata assistita. Colazione al di sotto delle aspettative , rifornimenti non pronti e salato non all’altezza ( uova strapazzate fredde e mal cucinate) Personale cortese e disponibile Da rivedere molto Non vale il prezzo pagato, per la sola vista mare molto bella.
