Booked for a friend. My friend likes it very much! It is also very convenient for watching concerts!
Facilities: Not bad!
Environment: I like it very much! I will stay here again next time I come to London! It is really worth the money🥰
Good hotel in this area I like it because It is very affordable price and you can walk from the subway 5 minutes and you will see the hotel. The reception is ready to see u
This property is excellent for SERVICE, excepetional staff , especially in the Executive Lounge, Victoria is the ultimate in professional with a sincere lovely personalitywith great suggestions of what to do in London and excellent knowledge of all the wonderful food in the lounge
Overall good hotel. Very convenient as location - just accross Euston Station, close to St Pancrass and British Museum, easy to walk to downtown. Nice Victorian building (but some amenities look like being in place since that era, without update!). Confortable beds. Quick check-in during night time. Hotel keeps bags after checkout for free, allowing walk in the city without carrying them. Not checked breakfast as price requested was high. Negative points: staff shall improve their service; very hot room at arrival, high temperature set in the room 26C, with aircon not being able to lower it to offer pleasant sleep - we kept window open for some time and turned off aircon to be sure room does not become an oven; lack of ventilation in the bath, which stays warm and humid for long time... Only one towel in the bathroom at arrival, for 3 guests, and more than half hour waiting to get additional 2 (and this was a late checkin, kids waiting to shower before going to bed). The sofa not prepared for sleeping in spite of booking for 3 persons (double bed plus sofa), another wait of 30 min to have room prepared by the receptionist (it seams they have to technical staff overnight, or room service, if something happens and you need support - and this was not a private house taking guests but a hotel part of an important international chain!). Rooms not sufficient soundproof, at least you hear everything on the corridor and the noise of machinery outaide building. Feeling of rusty and worn out interior, at least room wals, doors need some fresh paint and update... to be in line with expectation from a hotel belonging to Hilton chain. Overal pleasant stay, still with the feeling of overprice for the service received.
Good location next to tube line. Went to bar for a drink, 2 large glasses of rose wine was £36! Breakfast for myself and my sister was also £36! I know London is expensive but prices a bit steep. Also no breakfast tea in the room just Earl Grey and fruit tea. Room OK with all the amenities you would need.
The staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful & courteous. The hotel was easy to find and within close proximity of restaurants & bars. The room was spacious and well kept, bathroom was clean as well. I would definitely book this hotel again & recommend it to anyone. Had breakfast on property once and that was great as well.
Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs.
I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us.
The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety.
Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers.
The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness).
The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night.
The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap.
Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.

The room and facilities are not bad, but the damp smell in the room is way too strong. We found that the smell is coming from the bathroom, but even with the door closed, it remains very noticeable. The whole room feels like it has been soaked in water.
There is still hair from the previous guest on the shelf at the entrance, which makes it feel like the cleaning was not very thorough.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. I really like it, and it’s definitely the most convenient for Paddington/Heathrow. A great base to explore London from. Breakfast was very nice. But equally if you want to experience a proper British breakfast you can potter down the road to Raffles Cafe.
It’s a London Hotel, expensive and old. But that’s the UK in general for you. I love staying here and enjoying a slice of London history (look up the building). I’ve stayed on both sides, station and road, and liked them both. It was clean, spacious (for London), and comfortable.
The Paddington area has always been one of my favourite ‘real’ places in London, I love strolling around looking at the terraces and buildings. There’s a lot of life round here.

Hhwanseok jeon (johnjeon)I have been to multiple hotel in london. I would say this hotel is the most reasonable price with best location. The only things I was not expected was at least they should provide a bottle of water and a slipper... Apparently the carpet was bit marked and I have to wear to shoes all the time... Apart from that overall, I am happy with this places.
GGuest UserMany thanks for well deserved rest after a long hours of work. Excellent my only downside was the toilet when you flash it was to noisy when refilling the water and the bed was a bit squeaky when you lying down. Over all well done

EEvaQFRThe staff in the hotel's restaurant are friendly. There are not slippers, toothbrush and other essential commodities in the room. But they are available upon request.
