The hotel was in a great location. The staff were most helpful and it was a very pleasant stay.

They don't change bedlinen the whole week while were there. And they didnt clean the cups and glasses after house keeping. We reported missing item after they did housekeeping but nothing they did to make us feel like they care ( IMO) .

Apart from the lift breakdown the rest was taken care of and the breakfast was good.

I have stayed here before. The location is convenient. The hotel is small with a small entrance. This hotel is always booked by many people. It is comfortable, but the price is a bit high. It is close to the park.

The room is very clean, the service attitude is very good, and the communication is very smooth. It is very convenient to eat nearby and take the subway, but the elevator is broken! 😄
