Great location and a brilliant option when needing somewhere simple to crash after a night out. Hotel was very quiet, staff on hand to help with check in. Really clean and pleasant room. Would stay again.

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality!
One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room.
Will gladly stay here again.

The location is good because it is close to a famous market. Also, the breakfast selection was a bit disappointing.

The room is very tidy, but the windows are a bit small and not ventilated. It's like a domestic express hotel. But in London, the price is pretty good. It's recommended. I'm not used to living without windows!

Very innovative hotel. The room was small but each fragment of the space was used to 100% efficiency. Together with good WiFi and the possibility to easy use of media device made the stay very relaxing. Probably the best hotel I have found during several trips to London. I will return for sure.

I've been to 3 Hub hotels and love the concept. This one is by far the best! The location is amazing. Close to everything and to many tubes. Also a tip, behind the hotel you can find the most amazing thing: St Dunstan in the East. The staff were very friendly! Helped us with everything. I celebrated my birthday in the hotel (My mom told them it was my birthday) and when I came back to the room there were balloons, a drink en chocolates! We also had the most amazing view of the Shard. Only tiny downside was that there wasn't any free coffee like the other hubs have. You can have coffee but have to pay for it and it was VERY strong lol. But other than that: You have to stay here!

Staff at this premier inn are 10/10- without exception they are all courteous, deliver excellent customer service and a very warm welcome. The eating area is kept immaculately clean, even down to the menus!! Special mention to Ali and Mariam who enhanced our stay by going the extra mile-thank you! Would recommend this hotel for firstly, the staff, but also for great location.

Booked the more expensive option at this Hub. Arrived early with the intention of paying the extra £10 for early check-in. unfortunately only 1 (one) room was apparently available at this time and it was in the basement (no-window) so instead we chose to leave our luggage and return later (3pm) to check in to a room on an upper floor after obviously informing the reception. Upon return we were provided with our room - yes in the basement - apparently due to there being no other available room. This is obviously rubbish as this hub was not full by any means and I could easily book another room via the app; additionally there were plenty of "checked out" keys in the box; so just a simple case of the reception not listening earlier and then being obtuse when I pointed out the reason we returned "later" was to avoid a basement room - due to phobia of enclosed spaces. They could have also ensured there are enough towels allocated to the room based upon the expected number of guests. You certainly wouldn't want to eat at this venue either. The reception staff should take note of the customer request when given 3 hours to "make up" another room and basically be "bothered" to act upon the request instead of a "computer says no" approach.

The room was much nicer than expected, for a basic room everything needed was supplied and it was a comfortable and cosy stay. Would definitely go back the staff was lovely, the room was nice and it's so close to everything we went to go see. Good value for money.

Stayed at Hub's before, and this is the worse. Internal room with no window, just a light and frayed blind where it should be - asked to swap immediately after opening the door, but they were unwilling to change our room. Room only had one towel (and bottle of water) so another journey down the 6 floors to reception for a second one. Strange stains on the rooms carpet and a bed that sank in the middle, probably would have been more comfortable on the floor if the stains hadn't put us off. To top it all off the TV did not work. Great location, poor room.

We stayed here for one night on New Year’s Eve. I normally wouldn’t have booked this hotel as I was aware that it doesn’t have windows that open which is something I prefer, but being new year it was the best option available and better value for money than all the other hotels in the area. The hotel is In a good location and the room was clean and tidy. Staff friendly. There was no kettle in the room but we took our travel kettle as I was aware of this when booking. They do provide free tea and coffee for guests in the bar area that you help yourself to. Normally I do not book hotel rooms If windows do not open, this was after a bad experience at a premier inn, in Oxford about 7 years ago that didn’t have opening windows. We decided to give this a go and thought maybe it would be better than expected. Our room was in the basement which meant there wasn’t even a window for natural light. There was air conditioning to control the temperature but it felt like stale recirculating air and we didn’t sleep very well. I have only given 2 stars as the hotel just wasn’t for me however it is a good location and has everything you need if not bothered by the windows or lack of light. I can not complain as I was aware of this before visiting but it wouldn’t visit again.

For a new hub, there were a few minor issues. Shower head pouring water out from the top. Toilet roll holder broken, as well as the bathroom lock. A few cracks around the walls/ceiling. Half the continental breakfast (which they only offer) was missing, as the didn't get the delivery for the two days we stayed there. But the location was great as well as all the staff throughout our stay.
