Hub by Premier InnLondon King's Cross

I was allocated to a room without windows, however it was a great experience for a business stay. The ground floor Cafe is an extra where you can work and relax in the same place. The atmosphere is really excellent!!! I will recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

I stayed there for 5 nights. I was not very pleased as they gave me the “disabled/accessible” room despite being a solo traveller. The toilet and all it’s facilities were meant for the disabled/wheelchair bound. When I approached the receptionist asking for a change in rooms, she said she could not assist me because they were fully booked. However, I did not find that acceptable given that the booking and full payment was made months ago. No effort was made to ensure that there was a vacant room I could switch to during my 5 nights there. Room service is only done if you request for it. The dinner options downstairs is very limited as well. It is fairly near King’s cross station and I would only recommend due to the location. Service needs to improve.

Great Hotel in King across Station. Hotel staff are very helpful and I highly recommend this for short stays. Breakfast was good value for the price and all day and night coffee was also a good option via the downstairs bar. Many great value restaurants in the area including an Asian Noodles place, Kebab house and a variety of pubs. Only thing I didn’t like was the way in which you need to turn the lights on via the bed head as not really convenient.

I cannot count the amount of times we have stayed at Premier In Hub King's Cross. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Room is very clean, very comfortable bed, nice hot shower, decent breakfast. Only problems we have had is that the last two stays here, they have only set the room up for one guest. They do remedy this problem quickly and efficiently, but it shouldn't really happen (twice now). the other thing is a lack of vegetarian options in the hot food for breakfast (just scrambled eggs and beans :( )
