The location was perfect in very central - off a quiet street 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of March Arch. Nice stay here, was easy to check in and out. Friendly staff. Bed was comfy and room was nice and spacious. It was nice there was water, tea/coffee and fruit in the room complimentary. One star lost because the USB plug in charger was broken and the plug area around it. Lucky I had my portable charger. Also, I found it a little dark when putting make up on, so a brighter light by the dressing desk mirror would have been good. And a small metal tile in the shower fell off as I was showering. All in all, Perfect to just put your head down after a work party night out. I would still recommend.

Good area but the room too small

Booked 1 nights stay as birthday treat staff were absolutely fantastic especially Cannigio who wet over and above organised flowers and prezecco to be in room courtesy of hotel all staff were extremely friendly helpful and polite,room was clean tidy reasonable size shower was amazing breakfast was very pleasant good quality will definitely return and highly recommend thank you all

The rooms were so uncleaned and stained, you can hear into the next room. It was so uncomfortable and felt so unsafe. Still waiting on a refund.

The place is clean and the service is nice. The staffs are very friendly. The place is located 3 mins walk from Marble Arch and very close to Oxford Street. Nice place to stay.

Location is great, very close to Marble Arch tube station. Supermarket nearby. Nice decoration. Daily fruits and sparkling water supply, free of charge. Try not take basement room if you carry big luggage, because no lift going down to the basement. The male staff all are helpful, they will help for luggage transfer.

On the first day, I was given a basement room, which was obviously different from the room I booked. On the second day, I was given a different room. The overall feeling was not very good. Hardware facilities and environment Emphasize the intelligent equipment in the room (such as projectors, smart curtains), home comfort (soft bedding, good sound insulation) The public area has a unique design style, such as the retro lobby, open-air swimming pool or viewing terrace Example: "Mediterranean-style rooms with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, smart toilets and automatic sensing lighting systems make the sense of technology full, and the infinity pool on the top floor is a holy place for taking photos and checking in" Geographic location and supporting facilities Highlight the convenience of transportation (such as subways/attractions within walking distance), and the surrounding commercial supporting facilities are complete (catering/shopping concentration) Example: "The hotel is only across the street from the Tianhecheng business district, and it is a 5-minute walk away. Minutes to the subway station, very convenient for returning after a night cruise on the Pearl River" Hygiene and detail management Describe the cleanliness (such as no water stains in the bathroom, no hair on the bedding), the quality of the supplies (brand toiletries, free mini bar) Example: "The bathroom mirror has no water stains, the towel is sealed and printed with the disinfection date, and even the hair dryer is equipped with a disposable nozzle cover" Dining experience The richness of the buffet breakfast category (freshly made meals, seasonal fruits), special catering services (such as customized dinners, delivery efficiency) Example: "The Benedict eggs fried for breakfast are comparable to those in professional restaurants, and the Tremella soup given in the evening is delivered in a thermos, which is warm and healthy"

Good hotel and excellent staff. I recommend staying there. It has a beautiful location and quiet rooms.

When I arrived at the hotel at the same time and on the specified day, the employee said that your reservation is available but there is no room available for you?!?! Even though I paid the full amount and came from a far away place and now I have not stayed at the hotel and have not received the reservation amount that I booked with

After check-in, the staff guided us upstairs and provided welcome fruits. The hotel is close to Hyde Park, which is very convenient for travel. It is a cost-effective five-star hotel in London. The room is not big but clean and tidy. Drinking water and tea are provided in the room. The check-in experience is very good.

The room and environment cannot be compared with five stars
