Upon checking in, we noticed a maintenance issue with the bathroom glass, which is supposed to blur when activated by a button. However, due to what seemed like an electrical fault, the glass remained fully transparent. Maintenance turned off the power to force the glass to blur, but it never functioned properly afterward. We were informed that the repair could not be completed the same day and would be scheduled for the following day, with a note left at reception to address it.
The next day, we informed reception about the issue, but unfortunately, it was never fixed. We went out in the morning and came back to find the glass wasn’t fixed. We asked reception again later in the day, but the issue remained unresolved. While it wasn’t a major inconvenience for us, since the feature was part of the room, we believe it should have been addressed promptly—especially given that the glass offers a stunning view of London.
Amazing front desk and housekeeping team! There’s a lady from Bangladesh who has big smiles and very helpful when we have late lunch at the lobby restaurant. One thing that I don’t really like is that there’s a scaffolding wrapping around the entire hotel and they started the drilling and pounding work at 9 am sharp.
checkin and checkout is great, smooth process. just it’s not too clean. came in the room and find hair on a new pillow, also stain in the sink. they use rituals toiletries so it’s good. Also don’t recommend using the ring shower because the water will flood. other than this all good.
Hotel is good in very good location, I would just suggest that the board leading into the hotel should be Quite visible and big so people can see, it could be confusing sometimes as you lose your way, our stay was pleasant I would recommend this hotel .
Highly recommended. Within walking distance of the train station, places to eat and shopping areas. I was the only one in our travelling group of 4 who had issues with getting my room cleaned...I had to make several complaints at the front desk before it was resolved. Aside that, I had an awesome, convenient stay. Shout out to ******* at the front desk!
Hotel location extremely perfect with good proximity to attractions. Very close to the train stations which makes is great, surrounded by food restaurant with options to pick from. However, the 2nd bed was not made until we came had to call and cleaners walked in on us without knocking was very bad as we could be dressing up without any notice. Pool was lovely with the sauna. Front staff were very polite as well. Overall great experience
Have stayed in Premier Inn and Radisson at Stansted. Def an improvement on Radisson. My room smelt of aviation fuel! Premier inn rooms Premier plus rooms are on a par with Novotel . Found Novotel lacking in not supplying bottles of water in room, but where they win is the lovely bar and restaurant. Really nice meal, excellent staff, I asked for my chips to be crispy, served as requested and food really hot, I will return.
The room is large, with a sofa, a comfortable bed, a relatively large bathroom, and a quiet room. It is very close to the Tower Bridge and is very convenient to walk to. Hilton is opposite. The elevator floor with OK security requires a card.
If you’re going to Wembley for a concert it’s 10/10. Has everything around from supermarkets, food, shopping and station is less than a 5 minute walk. From Euston is around 45 minutes travel. Place is very clean and modern. Spacious and comfy. Vents a little too dusty tho and water pressure could be stronger.
Brilliantly hotel for the price.
Good clean room, wonderfully helpful staff, good breakfast and fantastic location.
It exceeded our expectations and will definitely return again

EEsraEverything was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were delicious. People were so friendly all the time. The location was very close to the Eye of London and the Big Ben. Also Lambeth North subway was in a walking distance of 7-8 minutes. I had enjoyed every moment in Novotel Waterloo. I give 5 stars with no hesitation. I strongly advise.

GGraeme (高天乐Photographer)Super modern clean hotel in central London. A five minute walk to the Thames and very convenient for going to Gatwick.
View from room was good…you could see the Shard.
