Mom was very satisfied with the room at the Whiskey Hotel. The balcony had its own private hot spring bath, and the high-floor mountain view was excellent. The public hot spring pools were plentiful, and the water quality was comfortable for everyone to enjoy. There were also evening performances, and the breakfast selection was rich. The service was attentive, and it was very convenient to drive here. This was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The quilt in the room had a strange smell, and they only changed it in the middle of the night. The hairdryer was clogged with dust, so it took an hour to dry my hair. This is supposed to be a family-friendly hotel, but they charge an extra 138 RMB for kids over 1.2 meters to use the hot spring. How many elementary school kids aren't over 1.2 meters these days?

The moment we stepped in, my kid shrieked with excitement! The space-themed slide going right to the bed was so cool, and with the planet lights off, it felt like sleeping in the universe. The mattress has edge protectors, so no worries about bumps, and the slide's坡度 is just right. My child loved it so much they didn't want to check out. This allowed me, the weary parent, to finally relax, grab a drink, and enjoy the hot springs. A must-book for anyone traveling with kids!

This is a resort hotel with a water park, hot spring baths, and a three-story indoor kids' playground. My children had an absolute blast playing there. When they were tired, we could head back to our room, which even had a private hot tub on the balcony. We bought a package that included buffet breakfast and dinner. No need to rush sightseeing, just relaxing on the balcony made it worth every penny. We'll definitely be back next year!

Hygiene: The toilet scale was so thick it looked like frosted glass. Environment: It took 15 minutes to walk from the hotel lobby to the hot spring playground. On a hot day, carrying a child, I'd rather not go. It was crowded, the water was dirty, the equipment was old, and the rubber flooring in the playground smelled awful, with a strong formaldehyde odor. After playing for just an hour, I had a headache back at the hotel. Don't believe what influencers say about being able to play just downstairs, or that 5 floors are all for playing – it was terrible. When we got home, one child had a skin allergy and another had the flu. Service: I can't even call it service; there was basically none. Breakfast: Out of 5 people, 3 had diarrhea after eating.

Traveling during off-peak season to the Whiskey Hotel was a breeze! It's super convenient if you're driving. Soaking in the natural hot springs was incredibly relaxing, and the surf pool and heated pool had clean water. We had a blast on the slides! The facilities and service were both great. Highly recommend!

Came back to Genting for a second visit, full of anticipation, but was severely disappointed, with the experience plummeting to rock bottom! 😩 ❄️ **Air Conditioning Virtually Non-existent**: We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and even with the AC set to 16 degrees and max fan speed, only the living room was barely cool. The two bedrooms had no cooling at all! In the master bedroom, you couldn't even feel any air movement. It was impossible to sleep on such a hot night; how are we supposed to rest? 🧹 **Severe Housekeeping Staff Shortage**: On a peak day like Sunday during summer vacation, there was only one cleaning lady for the entire floor! We booked two rooms, but only one was ready at check-in, and we were told to 'come back later' for the other. By 3 PM, the front desk claimed 'the guest hasn't checked out yet'? Wasn't check-out supposed to be at 12 PM? The management is incredibly disorganized; it really felt like we were being treated unfairly. 😤 Also, the buffet had far fewer options than last time. And I have to complain about the lobby – why can't they close one of the large doors? With both main entrances wide open, it's scorching hot. While waiting in line to check in, sweat was just pouring down, with no air conditioning whatsoever. I noticed this issue on my first stay, assuming it was a new hotel that hadn't been fully optimized yet. To my surprise, it's the same this time, which means the lobby design is seriously flawed. As a returning guest, I truly don't want to see Genting decline like this. The hardware can be old, but the service and attitude shouldn't fall apart! I hope management sees this and stops tarnishing their own reputation! 🙅‍♀️
