Overall the hotel liked it! Booked a room with partial view to the Gulf. A spacious room with a large balcony, perfect cleanliness and cleaning in rooms and on the hotel territory. The room has a safe, coffee machine, refrigerator, fan, charging station. The restaurant is delicious, but expensive. To the nearest supermarket 20 minutes walk, to the sea minutes 15. Surprised the cost of parking, even for the hotel residents of $52 per night, although there is a public parking nearby for $10 per day. We liked the next beach of Santa Monica more, very beautiful and more developed infrastructure. When the settlement was taken from the map, the deposit was withdrawn in the amount of 600 dollars, they said that they would return within 5-7 days after departure, today is the 8th day, but the deposit has not yet been returned, it starts to be uncomfortable(
Im really happy with the place, such a cool place to hang out and relax. Great choice of music played in the common areas. There are tables near the pool where you can eat and hang out! Pool water is quite hot, perfect for the cold weather!
Our room was really clean. Beds are super comfy, easy to sleep on. No issue with bed bugs, i did not feel any itchy feeling when laying down.
Staffs are very accommodating and friendly!
There is a restaurant beside the hotel which is run by the hotel too. Food is realy good, price is reasonable.
There is a laundry service near the hotel, like a block away from the hotel. You can either walk or take the bus which is one stop away. Target and costco also nearby. There are also a lot of food choices.
What I really like about this hotel is the location, very near to LAX airport, around 10mins by driving, 20mins by bus.
Highly recommended! I would stay here again if i ever go back to LA again.
The PET bottle of water in the room is very mysterious,
Excellent coffee and tea service in the lobby
The one-way fare from Los Angeles International Airport to Uber is approximately $34
The front desk is friendly
Old hotel, but overall a good hotel
Great stay, with cool Southern California beach culture design in room. Great service and close to nice renovated shopping mall with nice giant Macys and nice plenty of restaurants and Ralph’s and Whole Foods supermarkets. Approx 15 minute trail jog to the beach with views of the awesome looking ocean front homes.

Location was great at downtown LA: near the 7th street metro. Nearby lots food as well such as Tacobell, Starbucks, Jollibee and near grocery store down the road
Cleanliness: have no issues. Its very clean in my opinion
Room: Its really small, but modern design. So cant complain much. U can open just one 26 inch luggage in the room. No noise, but got bit of ****/ ********* smell in my room, not sure whats the cause.
Aircond was really cold and functioning. Also have heater function
Toilet light Bit irritating as ppl mentioned, auto off light even when you showering. Pressure for shower was bit low but otherwise no issues with hot water?
Water: No free water unless u are silver and above, but in the lobby you have complimentary fruit infused cold water
destination fee: now this is something new to me. its 29 USD. Thanks to other reviewers, i remembered to use this to pay for my lunch . The burger was good!
There's luggage storage
No swimming pool gym or washing machine
In all, will return as business traveller in view of location cleanlineess
