requested high floor and not available. Booked one king bed and not available (2 beds instead), very noisy environment. Stayed at 4th floor and is very noisy. I cant sleep the whole night. Something wrong with the shower nozzles as water spray is extremely weak. I was cold to wake up during the midnight as it may be the AC is on automatically. Overall bad impressions. Will not stay in the future. No recommend if you want to spend the quiet night.

The hotel has good service and sanitation. The front desk service and luggage service are very good. There is free coffee and free lemonade in the lobby on the first floor in the morning, and disposable cups are provided!!!

A very cost-effective 5-star hotel in Los Angeles, California, USA, located in the Beverly Hills area where every inch of land is valuable. Guests staying here can enjoy a variety of California wines every evening. Worth recommending and praising

All the hotel staff, such as the front desk reception, restaurant service, and parking staff, were very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast selection was very rich. The parking manager took us to the car rental company in his own car and enthusiastically introduced the attractions we could visit. The front desk let us store our luggage for free for two days after checking out, which was very warm and considerate. Very good stay experience!

This hotel is beautiful and the amenities are just what you would expect with a 5* hotel (gym, spa, bar, restaurant). However paying £600 a night, you’d expect to be able to access the spa without an additional cost. It does feel like the hotel doesn’t ‘value’ its guests in this department and is more concerned with its daily visitors. I was disappointed with a lady at front desk (she was a younger asian or hispanic lady). She had promised a 50% discount with parking (Which is $71 per day) and suddenly had amnesia at checkout. She also came across rude and unhelpful. The in room dining staff are brilliant. Special shout out to Wendy & Matthew who went above and beyond during my stay! Unfortunately, the bed smelt strongly of sweat/b.o when we arrived and this was resolved straight away. Other than this, the beds were comfy, the balconies are helpful but could be better in terms of views and furniture. Pros and cons throughout!

The hotel is situated near residential areas, so it’s quiet at night and safe. Most of the male staff are kind of friendly however the female staff (one bartender, one at the service desk are extremely rude). When I checked in the hotel, the toilet was flooded and TV remote wasn’t working. They fixed it promptly afterwards which is fine. However, don’t book the hotel unless you considered these few things: 1) there is a resort fee is $58 USD added on top of your booking, they offer $32 dining credit with the resort fee but charge $8USD for delivery fee for in-room dining (not including tips, tax etc) 2) valet parking is $66USD. There are no many parking options near the hotel so you have no choice but to pay these. Don’t be fooled by the cheap room prices until you consider these extra cost abovez So if you stay in the hotel, be prepared to be charged additional ~ $120 USD per night on top of what you’ve booked here on trip .

The lobby of the Beverly Hills Marriott Hotel is not big. It is not as spacious as the domestic hotels, but it is very lively. The restaurant, bar and lounge are all on the first floor. We booked a king-size bed room with a sofa bed. We arrived at the hotel at midnight that day and were told that there was no sofa bed in the room. Finally, we communicated and added a folding bed. We troubled the guy to move the bed, kettle, quilt, etc. in the middle of the night, but at least the children did not have to squeeze with us and slept comfortably. The hotel provides bottled drinking water. If it is not enough, you can ask the hotel staff at any time. The service is still very good. There are no disposable slippers and toothbrushes in the hotel. Fortunately, we brought them ourselves. I didn’t ask if the hotel provides them. The hotel provides mouthwash and lotion. Other shampoos and shower gels are all in bottles and fixed on the wall. The room we booked from Ctrip includes breakfast. The breakfast is a standard American breakfast. The dishes are basically the same every day. The only thing that may change is the taste of juice, but the taste is very good. You can also order salads and other drinks. In addition to regular coffee and tea, you can also order juice. I think the location of this hotel is pretty good. We can go to the city center, museums and Universal Studios in about half an hour. There are gas stations nearby, and it is very convenient to drive and buy things nearby. The surrounding residential communities are also safe and quiet. It is a very good place to stay. The only expensive thing may be parking. There is only valet parking for driving to the hotel, which is $58 for an overnight stay, and I didn't tip. Although it is worry-free, it is true that my parking fee is higher than the rental fee. Maybe you can share other parking places nearby.

The bed was very comfortable and quiet when I fell asleep. The location is very good. The large balcony has a wide view, including the high-rise buildings in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
