這酒店是我在婁底住過最垃圾的！攜程預訂三點退房，頭天晚上入住就提前跟前台確認了，中午一點保潔阿姨超大聲敲門，帶的小孩跟我嚇一大跳。一分鐘都沒前台打來電話，我説不是昨天跟前台説了？這麼大個酒店你們沒有交接？説來説去就是要我下去拿攜程訂單截圖給她看，態度惡劣至極！房間床單被套飛絮特別多，小孩起來脖子上全是黑色的毛。垃圾桶也沒有套垃圾袋！

西南自駕遊因打算在婁底休整一天，所以打算住兩天，這酒店停車無憂且二樓有正規大型餐廳，吃住兩全，所以選此也有吃的因素。然後嚴重翻車。入住當晚我們下樓到二樓毛家飯店想選**上的87.9套餐，套餐內的**肉我們不吃想讓飯店換個菜，不能換可以理解，但服務員接著説那個套餐中標價48元的紅燒肉不是毛家紅燒肉（飯店菜單上的小份毛家紅燒肉也是48元），還比劃説明肉塊很小，最後我們在服務員指點下點了三個菜，芋艿蒸排骨、清炒上海青和羅卜櫻芋艿湯。價格106元，**上69購100券，實付75元。好傢伙，排骨五小塊總量不會有0.8兩，湯內幾乎全是羅卜櫻，上海青也不是真正的上海青，這刀子磨得太快了吧！説實在，我們退休後在全國各地自駕遊，這樣的“正規飯店”還真少見。
對於酒店我們給予高度好評，但這樣駐店餐廳必須差評！提醒後面顧客避坑。

驅車百公里，下午6點多到酒店，前台告訴我預訂的房間沒有了？要麼換房間，要麼退訂另尋酒店。
叫我退訂另找酒店，我不要出行成本。哈哈，這是進駐攜程酒店，這麼差勁，一點契約信用都沒沒有嗎！
這還不止，到店還要求按金200元？我住那麼多酒店，第一次碰到還有收按金的，真是奇葩！
這還不止，換的房間比公寓還差，嬰兒床，隔壁吵**叫跟菜市場一樣，一點隔音沒有！
第一次在攜程訂酒店，糟糕的體驗，實在不敢想象，這平台還有多少這樣的垃圾酒店！

房間很大，晚上睡覺也很安靜，床跟枕頭都很軟睡得很舒服，但酒店旁邊在施工，白天會比較吵，早餐很豐富，但沒有水果，價格還可以接受，但按金有點多，其它都很滿意。
