Very aged and needs some TLC and updating. Rooms look old, carpet stained. No fridge. No coffee in morning. Person in restaurant said you must buy the 22Euro breakfast to get coffee. Front desk said you have to go to restaurant for coffee. Parking charges per use so you pay just to pull out for dinner.

Ich besuche geschäftlich dieses Hotel seit etwa 10 Jahren. Vorteil man weiß genau was einen erwartet. Die Zimmer sind sauber, dass Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück (Stand nicht aktuell da nicht eingenommen) war auch immer super. Die Barpreise sind entsprechend eines Hotels. Die Ausstattung des Hotels sind angemessen. ABER: Seit 10 Jahren hat sich auch exakt nichts verändert. Außer, das die Minibar aufgelöst wurde und nun in einen Automat integriert wurde (ist aber auch schon länger her). Die Zimmer sind auf den alten Stand. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und die gleichen leider leicht abgenutzten Möbel. Ein tolles Hotel was aber eine Renovierung bedarf (nach meinen Eindruck). Ich komme gerne ins Hotel aber 4 Sterne sind im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern nicht mehr ganz angemessen. Eigene Parkplätze sind nur extrem begrenzt gegen Aufpreis verfügbar. Direkt am Hotel kann man zwar Parken dies aber extern (Übernachtung / 15 € am Automaten KEINE Kreditkartenzahlung. / Bezahlung im Hotel möglich 16,50 €).

Architektonisch interessant und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Leider verfügt das Hotel insgesamt nicht über eine Klimatisierung. Das Restaurant im 8.Stock wird leider nur als Frühstücksraum genutzt, diese Location würde ich anders nutzen ...

De kamers zijn erg warm, er is geen airco. Slapen met het raam open is vanwege de verkeersdrukte nauwelijks mogelijk. Er liggen wel oordopjes maar zelfs doe helpen niet. Er is geen mogelijkheid om een kopje koffie of thee te zetten op de kamer, er staat wel een flesje water. Koelkastje ontbreekt. Badkamer us heel erg klein en voorzien van een glazen deur. Toilet trok niet goed door en tv werkte niet Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding niet juist.

Sono stato in questo hotel per affari. Comodo al centro, tranquillo e buona colazione. Pulito e personale gentilissimo Buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze e comodo per la stazione e autobus Unica pecca il parcheggio non proprio economico.

Wir gehen Sonntags gerne mal in Frankenthal frühstücken. Für uns ist das Panoramacafe im Victors die Nummer eins. Ein wirklich sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, tolles Ambiente, sehr sympathisches und freundliches Personal. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet auch sonst bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Am besten vorher reservieren, wenn man kein Hotelgast ist.

Hotel in besonderer Atrium-Bauweise sehr zentral in Frankenthal gelegen. Zum Gepäckausladen kann man kostenlos eine halbe Stunde auf dem direkt hinter dem Hotel gelegenen Kongressparkplatz parken. In ca. 500 m Entfernung findet man dann kostenfreie Parkplätze. Zimmer sind in Ordnung, Bad ist etwas klein geraten,, dafür mit einem "Mörderfön" ausgestattet :-). Zimmerpreise variieren je nach Lage zur Straßenseite oder der ruhigeren Seite. Das sehr umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet kann im obersten Stockwerk mit, aufgrund der Bauweise, "Rundumblick" genossen werden. Selbst Sekt wird angeboten. Dort "oben" wie auch an der Rezeption geradezu umwerfend freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, wie wir sie in Deutschland noch nie erlebt haben. Dieser Aspekt ist für uns der Hauptgrund, warum wir auf jeden Fall noch mal hier übernachten wollen, wenn wir mal wieder in der schönen Pfalz sind. Das Personal hat 5 Sterne verdient!!!
