這個酒店服務態度極其差！酒店老闆兒子天天在前台打遊戲。發票不會開。前台服務員更神！做的足療已經給過錢了，前台沒有記賬。以為是客人沒有給錢。人走了兩天才想起來，又打電話過來要足療的錢。張口就來説客人逃單！還有足療95號技師是個話嘮。極其不認真。然後門鎖還壞。一天換了三張房卡才解決。

房間床單、被罩乾淨，熱水大，有免貫停車場。但是地毯、靠枕上污跡很多，看的就不舒服。衞生間地漏高，洗澡水排不出去，感覺太糟心了，馬桶周邊地上有污跡，真不知豪華大床房，哪裡豪華了。這麼多好評，怎麼評的喲！下次不會入住了。
每次出行，都在攜程上訂酒店、機票等，看評價訂的酒店，有幾次還是描述與實際不附，希望攜程對入住平台的酒店進行下把關，不是針對他們家提的意見。
