It is quiet in the bustling city. Because the train came, the hotel allowed check-in at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is very appreciated. This Spring Festival, I took my family to Luoyang, the ancient capital of 13 dynasties, and chose Luoyang Grand Hotel Airport again. Hotel is located just beside the metro station and is close to Longmen Railway station as well, making city exploration convenient. Service were excellent too from staff like Judy He, who handled the check-in and out attentively and smoothly.

I stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

The room was very clean, the facilities were very complete, just in the stadium, the training field outside the window, next time I come to Luoyang, I will stay here, the room is very soundproof, very good stay, I forgot to take a photo of the room.

Reminds me of when I was travelling around China 20 years ago, in a good way. The style is the luxurious style of government own 4 stars hotel of the time, but it has been very well maintained and upgraded where needed. Everybody who works there is extremely kind, front desk, back office, room cleaners, always smiling and making you feel welcome and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Heater, in winter , is warm and comfortable. Overall 2 good nights and I'll be here again. Of course it's not Island Shangrila HK.

Very friendly / Perfect - Rich - breakfast / good Location - metro PEONY Right in Front of the door

Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

The location is perfect it’s just few minutes drive to the tourist spot. And service is good we requested for wine opener and it was delivered to our room right away, the room attendant also gave us extra blanket. We were amazed that our room has a a lot of amenities and has a bathtub too, we got a discount from Trip.com so it wasn’t too expensive. We Will definitely come back.
