I stayed in a hotel on a long-term business trip. This hotel is much better than a big-name chain hotel. It is very user-friendly and has great details. I feel like I am at home. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant is rich and tastes good. The lobby is decorated in a grand manner and the room is large. The sanitation is very clean, the front desk service is very friendly, and they will say hello warmly. I will come back next time!

I stayed here for the second time. The hotel is very good. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, so you don't have to worry about not having parking spaces. There is an elevator, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the bath towels are dry. The bedding is clean, the room is large enough, and the hotel also has a large public space, which is estimated to be 200 square meters. Especially the breakfast, the dishes are rich.

The room was exquisite and the bed was very comfortable, soft and comfortable. Central air conditioning heating is OK.
The water pressure in the shower room is very good and the shower is very convenient.
TV is also convenient.
There are a lot of food around, and going east is the Daimiao Commercial Street. There are many snacks and foods.
There is a bus to Luoyang at the door.
The front desk service was very good and a small gift was given.

GGuest UserThe location is good, the housekeeper and the hotel front desk service are very considerate, and they also help to contact the Laojun Mountain itinerary, which is super good. The hardware facilities of the hotel room are very good, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are very good. The only drawback is that there is no safe in the room. The hot spring pool in winter is on the rooftop, and it is very cold outside. There is only a small pavilion. If you want to take a hot spring, it is best to book a room that can take a hot spring indoors. Maybe the hotel is too new and some drivers don’t know it. When taking a taxi, you need to contact the driver separately to drive in, otherwise you need to walk to the road side outside the compound. The room is comfortable and spacious, and there are baby clothes and toiletries in it. The service concept is very advanced

CCulturalKeysThis is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

MMeixiaochiI stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

GGuest UserFive of us came to Luoyang to play. We happened to see that this room type could accommodate 5 people and the location was quite suitable, so we decided on it.
The room matches the picture, I'm quite satisfied with it. There are two large beds, one can sleep 3 people, and the other can sleep 2 people without being crowded.
The room is quite large and the environment is very clean. I am very satisfied with my stay.
Because it is this room type, it is not in the location located. It is best to contact us in advance to confirm where the location is.
There are a lot of places to eat nearby. There are hot pots and so on in Baolong Plaza. There are also many restaurants on the streets nearby.

EEeVelHomestay owner 小杨 is a very nice and friendly handsome young man. He was very helpful to offer advice on where to visit, the eating places and how to get around. He even helped us to purchase online our entrance tickets to 白马寺 first when we had problem to access the local official website. Thanks again 👍🏼🙏🏼
Being a local homestay, the cleanliness part can be improved further as our room floor was dusty at the corners and also with footprints upon check in. However, 保洁阿姨 (housekeeping aunt) managed to mop our floor the next day after we feedback to owner and no more issue after that. I wld also suggest that the room corners, tabletops and bed head be checked to maintain dust/hair free We stayed 5 days 4 nights at this place.
Room had a lovely view of 丽景门 which we felt as if we had travelled back in time. Not as noisy as what we had expected prior to our stay from the reviews left by other guests.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay with the warm hospitality from the host and the housekeeping aunt. Aunt was very nice with us and reminded us daily to stay and wear warm enough clothing as the temperature turned cold halfway during our stay in Luoyang. Thanks and we would recommend this place! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

GGuest UserExcellent hostel. I’ve visited more than 20 cities around China, and this hostel has the best leisure facilities: two large pool tables (the one on the left is really good), a big screen for movies and classic “Fred Quimby” Tom & Jerry, plus a gaming screen and handsets.
They sell strong Trappist beers. Okay, the fridges with beers in should be a lot colder than they are, but at least for strong beer like Trappist beer, this doesn’t matter.
There is a 100-yuan deposit on arriving, but as promised this was repaid into the account it was paid from at midday (12:07).
The woman boss has excellent local down-to-earth, great-quality food tips. They only speak a little English at the front desk, but they’re very quick and efficient at translating from Chinese to English on their phones.
They have a rule I’ve never come across before after traveling very many countries: the washing machine can’t be used for underwear! But I remonstrated with them and they waived this rule.
The beds have curtains for privacy. When I arrived, the room was too warm and stuffy, but they agreed to turn down the cooling system a little for the whole hostel to help.

GGuest UserThis lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

AAnonymous UserRecommended by a friend, I bought a luxurious king bed and upgraded to a luxury room for 20 yuan. It has a simple and fashionable style. It looks very comfortable. It has a high-end atmosphere and a classy atmosphere. The room is also large, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi are very powerful! The service attitude of the waiters was very good. It was clean and tidy. The cleaning lady was very meticulous and even gave me 2 extra bottles of mineral water. Although the hotel is old, it can be seen that the materials used are international brands and the quality of the products is still good. Overall it is a very cost-effective hotel! give it a like!
