No. 1 of Luxury Hotels in Toronto
At The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, you will discover what it means when a luxury hotel enlivens all five senses. We invite you to find a total sensory experience that awaits you in our Forbes Five Star Hotel. From the moment you arrive at our Toronto hotel, you will begin to explore the city’s cosmopolitan culture through taste, touch, sight, smell, and sound. The hotel is close to the Rogers Centre, home of the Toronto Blue Jays, Scotiabank Arena, and the center of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).

"The reason for choosing Ritz is to value service. But I think Ritz Toronto didn't do that! Ritz discriminates in room arrangement! When I first stayed for two nights, I was assigned to the 10th floor. I was not satisfied and asked for a higher one. I was changed to the 17th floor! As a result, when I checked in again two days later, I was assigned to the 7th floor! I was speechless! And knowing that I had just checked in a few days ago, I wonder if guests are used to it! The most unacceptable thing is that when I left, I asked the concierge to help me move my luggage into the car. I also prepared a tip. As a result, the concierge was extremely unenthusiastic. I reminded him several times but he didn't move. He moved one for every one my friend moved! He even wanted a tip. Where does his confidence come from!"

Featuring a state-of-the-art spa facility, skylit indoor lap pool with terrace, full service Fitness Centre; around the clock business services; family oriented activities and amenities for children of all ages.

"Still quite satisfied, lived well, lived for 10 days, the surrounding area was also visited, the restaurant also ate a few times. The spa is also reflected, the overall is not bad. The exterior is being built, the sound is always bad during the day, and there is a fire truck, you can hear a lot of times a day. Toiletries are not provided daily, they need to be explained, and the service attitude is OK. At least the brand is there. I hope I can have a better stay experience next time."

Welcome to a new era of luxury. Since 1929, Fairmont Royal York has welcomed millions of travelers from around the globe, lit up the silver screen as the most filmed location in Toronto and played host to the city's most unforgettable moments. With luxury guest rooms and suites, a health club and pool, world-class restaurants and bars, and easy access to Toronto's downtown attractions, Fairmont Royal York is the gateway to your essential Toronto experience.

"Totally disappointed. We were visiting my son in Toronto. I stayed with my son. My sister and her friend stayed at Royal York mainly for the location and history. I seldom travel in North America because hotels are just too expensive. I favoured Asia much more. We had lunch at the restaurant. There were 5 of us. Services were very slow. One of us ordered steak and eggs for lunch. Steak came with no eggs. The server brought eggs later with no apology. We ordered coffee. Coffee came with no cream and sugar. Oh well. The final night of our stay i had dinner with 2 of my old friends and we went back to lobby bar to meet my sister for a drink. We were seated and there was no server to be seen. When we raised our concern to the manager Karen, she promptly asked us to leave even though we told her we were hotel guests. She intended to embarrass me in front of my friends. It was a first time I got kicked out of bar without even drinking. So we moved across the street to a nice local bar. We were seated and served a bottle of wine at half of the price. I would like to have Fairmont to provide a response from Karen for the reason for kicking us out. So our destination was Montreal and we chose Queen Elizabeth Fairmont. We learnt from Royal York. We avoided the food and beverage at the hotel. I am a seasoned traveler and a Diamond member at Trip.com. This is probably the worst experience I have had in last 10 years of travelling worldwide. I will definitely avoid Fairmont from now on."

"The bar near the lobby is nice and they have a beautiful bar. The breakfast is not good. They say is included and they only let you have one option from the menu. Luxury is flexibility. Having to pay extra if I want to eat more in a five star hotel feels cheap."

"The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water is a bit cold."

"All-wood hotel. I like the smell of body wash. I bought a bottle for $110. It smells good. But you need to call to get disposable slippers and toothbrushes. Remember to ask for toothpaste, otherwise you will only be given a wooden toothbrush. The soundproofing effect is good. I think except for the location, it is much better than W Hotel."

Hotels in Old Toronto,Toronto
Park Hyatt located in Yorkville offers 219 guestrooms including 40 well-appointed suites. The hotel will feature a restaurant and bar on the lobby level, cocktail bar with seasonal terrace located on the 17th floor. Stillwater Spa will have 13 treatment rooms including nail services. The hotel meeting and event space on two dedicated floors located above the main level.

"When I arrived at the hotel, no one helped me with my luggage. Only one employee was busy with valet parking. When I checked in at the front desk, the staff's attitude was also very official. I couldn't say they were indifferent or enthusiastic. My friend and I booked two rooms with our children and were told that they were not on the same floor. We needed to pay extra to upgrade to be arranged on the same floor. There was no sense of parent-child friendliness. Overall, it lacked the service quality that Park Hyatt should have. The room was not spacious, the corridor at the entrance was narrow, the sound insulation was average, the refrigerator was very noisy, and the sound of the subway passing by could be heard. The bar view on the 17th floor was good, and the cocktails were unique and delicious. The location was very convenient, and there was a famous brand street and museum just outside."
