This hotel brings back lots of my childhood memories, I am so glad it re-opens and making it so grand like the great old days. This hotel status is like peace hotel in Shanghai; the peninsula in Hong Kong...
Each and every small details are so fine and taken care of, a wooden tooth brush, bronze mouth wash cup, fresh coffee bean, an imitate tube Bluetooth speaker, complimentary red wine with Central hotel logo...., it's a tiny museum only in the room. Staff are nice and polite and professional. We were well taken care by the hotel manager, Joseph, he introduced nearby restaurant for us, and taken care of all our requests.
This is not a hotel! The staff and the decoration of the place makes it a palace, it's an unique experience!
Standard room with an extra bed on, the Hotel offers a seaview room upgrade for us.
The seaview is now a but interrupted by construction sites along the seafront.
Spacious amenities, with catering, indoor infinity pool and a cozy gym on 17/F.
Corridors are like a maze.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit.
One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember.
We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right.
The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay.
Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy.
However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further.
Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental, for an unforgettable vacation!

It's a nice hotel, good location.
I even got a upgrade on my booking which made me more happy with a big room space.
Services for check-in & check out was fast.
Remember must pay 1,000 deposit.
We booked 3 rooms of this category and they had to move us around due to the renovation noise. Not a problem though! I was on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean - having a cup of tea with the view was wonderful. The lifts are fast. The staff are very friendly and nice. They even ran down to the road to call us a taxi when there were none in the hotel. There’s a POPMART at the entrance of the hotel 😂 The housekeeping staff always made the bed beautifully and restocked my towels everyday. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel is well serviced by buses/taxis/walking. A pleasant stay - I wish it was longer.
I have stated in this hotel on and off from the time it was first open. Wifi is good, location to St Paul's and many other areas walkable distance from the hotel, Breakfast and dinner buffet very good. Location close to the Macao airport and china gong bei port. Price reasonable, indoor pool and spa, gym is ok for a hotel gym. Only gripe is the tv we had 2 samsung and both had the volume reduced to the point of being useless.
Had a lovely long weekend (3 nights) and would happily return. The room was super clean and replenished several times per day (coffee / towels etc.) All of the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, and even knew my name. The hotel is only 20 mins walk away from the ruins of St. Paul and the Lisboa Hotel so it was easy to get around.
I also had their delicious dinner buffet one evening and was very impressed with the quality and the range of choices. I also used the spa for a facial and massage and was pampered!
Highly recommend and will definitely come back.
A 3D2N getaway. Convenient to Taipa Village. Nice room and bathroom is luxuries and vintage(the batheroom floor tiles are so pretty shell pieces.. Its quiet because half of the hotel is having a reno hence the price is low. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. 👍👍👍
First thing first - this is my very first time staying in an old local hotel in Macau. I normally stay at the Sheraton Coltai because of my Platinum status. In the past month, I stayed in this hotel twice within a month solely because my friends have ****** room voucher which costs something like USD 75 per night including tax and they like to use the ****** here. I was very skeptical staying in a local hotel but with this price, my expectations were very low. Yes, the rooms are quite dated but they are clean.
The receptionist, Ms Evelyn Lin, was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful. Though we had a difficult time to look for the hotel and were very tired when we arrived, her warm welcome and smooth check-in made a big difference. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good (the photos are testimony). We will definitely be back back.

MmxggxemeowwwBooked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.
DdwarasethThis hotel has very good service. They upgraded our room to a family type without charging. The location is accessible to many places. It's easy to travel around Macau. It's close to bus stops and shopping areas.
GGuest UserEasily accessible by bus. Nice clean comfortable room with a classic decor. Outside the hotel see part of Guia circuit Maternity bend. Nice uphill walk to the lighthouse and fortress. Staff are helpful and I appreciated the welcome gift from hotel. Well recommended to stay.
VVadimPerfect location,200m from main bus stop Praca Ferreira Amaral, bus MT1 from the airport,35 min. Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t take breakfast. Actually price without breakfast was high for 3 stars hotel, but that’s the centre of Macau
GGuest UserReview for Hotel Beverley Plaza
I had an overall pleasant stay at Hotel Beverley Plaza. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of comfort during my visit. However, despite being a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was a bit off-putting.
The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from the iconic Grand Lisboa, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.
AArina EgorovaVery convenient location of the hotel, courteous hotel staff. A clean room, all things look new, but unfortunately very poor sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street, in the hallway and in other rooms. Sometimes the neighboring rooms were noisy very late at night and because of this it was uncomfortable. I stayed at this hotel for a week, and for this price and these conditions, I was satisfied with everything.
MMuskanparkarAmazing space for a couple.
They have deposit rules which they pay back on the past day of your stay.
The room offers water, drinks and delicious cookies for free.
All amenities are free and best part is they have proper rules that you have to show your key downstairs again on the next day so restart as of how many days you have booked for security reasons.
Mmissays1979i love the location of this hotel. just a few steps and you are already at the san malo and ruins of st. paul. the road going to the hotel is a bit steep but its ok coz the price of rooms here are affordable. next time we go back to macau, definitely will stay here again. ❤️
GGuest UserNot enough check in/out counters. We ordered an extra bed room and need to request setup and supplies after check-in. Breakfast selection was limited and mostly cold food served, and the noodle bar could be more flexible to accommodate guest needs. Perhaps consider offering bacon as a start. Surprised a 5-star hotel doesn't have English movie channels. The 5/F dim sum restaurant was good. The staff were generally friendly.
AAlice2024The location is near many landmarks, but it’s in the alley and i spend sometimes to find it. I feel that the room is not so clean on the floor because my feet gets dirty a little bit from it, there’s no hot shower in the night as many people review, and it’s hard to control the temperature of water in the day time. It will be either too hot or too cold. The front desk doesn’t know a lot of information about Macau. However, they’re so kind. I can keep my bags in the hotel after check out and they’re allowed me to use the plug to charge my phone when I return to get my bags. It’s very impressive! I think it’s worth the price as Macau is already expensive city.
