Excellent location! We arrived from Macau Airport and took bus MT1 to the Taipa Telecom stop. The hotel is just across the road, diagonally opposite, which was super convenient. Plus, it's only a few bus stops away from the Macau Peninsula attractions, making sightseeing incredibly easy.
For daily essentials and dining, it was great too. Downstairs, you'll find a Mango Pomelo Sago shop and a very popular hot & sour noodle place (note: this noodle shop only accepts HKD, MOP, or RMB – no Alipay or WeChat Pay). A 7-Eleven is also just a few steps away, so finding food and daily necessities was very convenient.
Transportation was a breeze. With multiple bus stops right outside the hotel and across the street, you can easily get to almost anywhere you want. We relied solely on public transport for our two-day stay and didn't need a single taxi, which was fantastic!
The front desk staff spoke Mandarin and were very welcoming and friendly.
The facilities are new and modern. Upon entering, there was no strange odor, just a pleasant, fresh scent. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, I slept wonderfully. There's also a bay window next to the bed. If you prefer not to take a bath, the shower is a stand-up only type.
All in all, it's a great place! Highly recommended.
Make yourself at home in one of the 17 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
I stayed in room 202 on day 1 and 2 I could not sleep during the day because I heard the construction noise all the time from morning to eveningThe air conditioner in the room was quite problematic but was fixed by the male receptionist He solved the problem professionally and well The location is very good and easy to travel But in the room there is no drinking water and towel for feet I think it should be provided for customers.

Excellent
Rrachelthan125We enjoyed our stays. The free airport shuttle and free bus shuttle to Zhuhai Hengqin border made traveling extremely convenient. The hotel was also very accommodating, they arranged connecting rooms for us and even prepared a complimentary birthday cake upon request, which was a lovely gesture. Since there are several hotels within The Londoner hotel, do check that you’re heading to the correct check-in counter. A special mention to one of the lobby staff who kindly offered to call a taxi for us — much appreciated.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of bottled water. The highlight for us was the bathroom — strong water pressure and a great shower head made every bath feel relaxing.
On the downside, the fridge was completely empty. It would have been nice if the hotel provided a few complimentary soft drinks, fruit drinks or even some local Macau snacks to add to the experience.
The location is excellent, everything is connected within the resort, making it very convenient to get around. Best of all, the famous Lord Stow’s Bakery (home of the iconic Portuguese egg tarts) is located just downstairs.
Overall, a luxurious and comfortable stay with great service and facilities. Highly recommended for a family holidays getaway.
HHannahHotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an amazing stay at The Studio City Hotel! The lobby was beautiful, and the staff welcomed me with smiles and sweet popcorn snacks.
Our room was comfy and stylish, with a great view of the water park. I loved the spacious twin beds where my kids and I slept.
Dining was a delight! The restaurant had a fantastic menu, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with fresh fruits and pastries.
The Water Park was amazing! Though a little bit pricey, my kids enjoyed everything. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing.
Overall, The Studio City Hotel provided an outstanding experience with excellent service. I can't wait to return!
CCharmaineRecently stayed at The Parisian Macao, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel truly lives up to its Paris-inspired theme, with the stunning replica of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The Parisian Macao is not just a hotel but also an attraction itself. Highly recommended! 🌟
GGuest UserI had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel! I brought my parents along, and the hotel generously gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The staff, especially Jonas, was incredibly friendly and the service was perfectly arranged.
The hotel facilities are top-notch and fully equipped. There’s even a trendy tea shop and an ice cream store that kids will absolutely love. My whole family—from the little ones to the grandparents—had a fantastic time enjoying all the amenities.
This is truly a highly recommended hotel, and we’ll definitely come back again to enjoy everything it has to offer!
TTraveller Lee1The rooms are big and comfy. The hotel prepared a bd cake for our celebration which we really appreciated. There was a shopping mall connecting to the hotel which we enjoyed the cafes there. However, the location was a bit far from the city centre. The shuttle bus services were limited without connection directly to the HZMB port / Taipa . Overall, we enjoyed the stay in this hotel.
MMimi1925We stayed at the higher floor and gave us a really good view of the hotel. All my request for my family was accomodate to my liking. The place was clean and pleasant.
The staffs are friendly specially Edward who helped us since day 1.
I would highly recommend this place specially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. 👍👍👍
CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
GGuest UserThe location was easy to find, and the room was quiet; everything else was pretty good. However, the attitude of the female front desk staff member with a mole on her nose was absolutely terrible. She treated us as if we owed her money – did she think guests hadn't paid for their rooms? The other staff members were all very good.
Additionally, the front desk required a 500 deposit, and it was cash-only. Most hotels in mainland China no longer require this, which makes me feel that the service industry here definitely hasn't developed as well as in mainland China.
