It’s ok, breakfast is nice, restaurant and bar area is also good, food was excellent. There’s no gym and the pool is closed from mid September onwards so. It much to do unfortunately. There’s no usb sockets in the rooms and I also had to ask for an iron and ironing board. It’s ok I probably wouldn’t stay again though I think there are better options .

From the Madrid airport just 5-10 mins by car . And going to the city centre of Madrid 15 mins by car . you can relax in the hotel swimming pool

The facilities and the restaurant are super comfortable and the staff is attentive.

We loved the hotel. Although it's a bit far from the metro, it's clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The breakfast buffet features fresh produce and the saltwater pool is also very pleasant. There are few lounge chairs, but the space is also small. Recommended and we would definitely stay again! The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

The hygiene is very poor. The hotel is relatively remote. There are no restaurants or other commercial areas around. The front door of the courtyard is locked. You have to walk a long way to reach some restaurants. It is extremely inconvenient.

The location is ambiguous and the hotel name is different from the reservation site, so I couldn't find it. Even the staff didn't know that it was a Novotel affiliate, so they didn't know what it was. what the hell kind of hotel is this? If possible, do not book this hotel. The hotel is also small.
