location is great, close to sol. but there is noise midnight. bathroom is quite small. nice staff !

We were very pleased with our stay overall. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful—extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in a double room, which was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the room was a little small and faced the back of the building. I believe the rooms facing the front would be a better choice. The location of the hotel is definitely one of its biggest advantages. It is within easy walking distance of many places, making it extremely convenient. The electronic entry system was also very practical and reassuring. Overall, a great hotel with an excellent location, spotless rooms, and lovely staff. I would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent hotel! Location is superb, right next to Pueta del Sol and walking distance to many major attractions. No transportation needed. The hotel is clean and the staff super nice. They greet you whenever you go through the front desk. They even upgraded our room automatically. If we come back, this will be our first choice.

Locations is great, very close to the Plazas. And the people at the frontdoor are very friendly and nice. The room is big with great view. Love it!

Extremely well located in the heart of the city. 2 mins walk from Metro Station named Sol and 10 mins drive or metro to Atocha Railway Station to catch bus to Airport. Friendly staff and always willing to help.Highly recommend to stay as numerous small convent stores around, taxi stand outside, McDonalds, KFC and Burger King 1 mins walk. Tourist Office 3 mins walk.

The location is great. However, there is no water or coffee in the room. I think it's a good place to stay for a quick sightseeing trip.

The hotel has an excellent location, just over 200 meters from the subway and the main square, which is very convenient!

Very well-located hostel, on the main street next to Puerta del Sol. We booked a room for three people and everything was great. The room was clean and large, and the reception was very friendly. I'm very happy with the hostel. I would definitely stay there again next time I come to Madrid.

The location is convenient, everything else is fine, but the soundproofing is poor and it can be troublesome if the tenants are noisy and inconsiderate.

It can only be said that it is a small hotel. It is very noisy at night. I didn't sleep all night. I didn't agree to check out. There are scenic spots everywhere nearby. The only advantage is that it is close to the scenic spots. I will not stay here again next time. It was a very bad experience

Clean place. Very attentive staff. The room and beds were very small for two people (although to each their own).
