Very convenient location within walking distance to shops and major attractions, with a lively atmosphere at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my friend to check in early after her morning flight. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a charming basement dining area. A decent hotel with a touch of vintage character.

Amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. he hotel is in the heart of Madrid, which makes it very convenient. Moreover, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

The receptionist was very friendly. He even gave me some recommendations of places to go to and the hotel offers a discount for dining at the restaurant next door. The location is great but it can get a bit noisy early morning with the guests returning from a night out. Overall I had a great stay.

We took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast for €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared. The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is poor. No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception. The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town center. We took an autobus to Soller for a day trip.

The location is excellent, near the city center. But there are so many restaurants near the building so that it’s so noisy at night

Great location, great hotel

Very convenient central Madrid location. Old hotel, wooden floor in the hallways so quite noisy. Front Office staff were accommodating. The room is bare-bones. No slippers, bathrobe or washroom amenities. I asked for ear buds and dental kit. They don't have ear buds. Dental kit was simply left on the bed, the toothpaste was so old it had completely dried up. Television channels were a mess, no order between TV and radio channels. For a four star it is very utilitarian.

Perfect location, restaurants & shopping right outside the front door. Go see the flamenco show at the restaurant next door for €35, so worth it. Hotel has a 'Victorian' feel as the name suggests. Breakfast was awesome, staff was super accommodating & hotel was super clean. My first time to Europe & this hotel was getting off in the right foot.

The hotel is very good.. we choose Hotel Victoria 4 as we would like to have balcony in room.. we booked a non balcony room but receptionist is very kind.. she arranged a balcony room for us. Next door restaurant is belonging to hotel. The staffs are very nice too and restaurant atmosphere is very good from evening time. Uber can not reach to the hotel but if you call taxi, it can stop in front of the hotel

The location was super close to the sol. A bunch of fantastic restaurants nearby while also a few supermarkets are there. The balcony was amazing!!!

Victoria 4 Hotel is located 15 min walk away from Plaza Arena and 5 min wal close to the tube station and 8 min walk to train Barcelona Sants so it is convenient for cross travellers. Breakfast is good.
