This is not a hotel. It is a guesthouse and such should be marketed as one. We were charged $100 by ******* and told by the owner that the rate was $50?

When we arrived the room was dirty, the sheets were dirty and stained, the air conditioning didn't work, there was no gas so there was no fresh air coming out. We had to ask for a fan, a rug for the bathroom, the air conditioning remote control and a shower gel (we got soap bars). The bathroom was clogged, so the shower was like a pool. Cockroaches in the room, 1 in the bathroom and 1 on the bed. The sheets were not clean, they were stained. For breakfast, there were insects in the milk. We didn't stay asleep for the 2nd night. We left for another hotel and returned the keys before the scheduled date. We have supporting photos to complain about later.
