The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious. The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

This has always been one of my favorite hotels, but my recent experience left me slightly disappointed. While the property maintains its charm and comfort, there are areas that require improvement. Most notably, the customer service was not up to the usual standard—responses to queries were slower than expected, which was frustrating at times.

Our room was spacious, well-maintained and clean. Linens and beds were comfortable. With my kids and senior parents around, I found it easy to move around the hotel premises. Lightings and air ventilation were adequate too. Hotel staff were prompt, efficient and helpful. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience tailored to families with senior and small kids. 10/10

This is a business trip. I don't usually write reviews on hotels I go to but I had a short pleasant stay at the hotel because of their exceptional customer service. As expected in international hotel chains, the check in was a breeze. The rooms were clean with fluffy pillows and very comfortable mattress. Breakfast buffet with delectable international cuisine were served. The reception team were eagerly helpful to assist me when I tried to explore around. Will definitely recommend this hotel for personal or business trip.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

This is my first time to stay in New World Hotel and all I can say is that it’s perfect if you have plans to go around Greenbelt and Glorietta. Greebelt 3 is literally just a street away. Room amenities are a bit dated, and you can see that the one mirror is already dirty but all in all it did not affect the quality of my stay. Bed is great, room is spacious and the staff are all kind, welcoming and always greets you with a smile.

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.
