We only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂. Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home. Why we liked it: - Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action - Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds - Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere - Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting - Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir 📌 Tips - Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay - Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food! - Discovery Primea is super convenient for both exploring Makati and chilling out - Double check your bill for extra charges at hotels or restaurants, just in case

I had a wonderful stay at the Manila Peninsula Hotel. The overall atmosphere is comfortable, and the service is professional and attentive. From check-in to the day-to-day details, everything felt well taken care of. The room was clean and well-maintained. What I liked most is the hotel’s location. It’s convenient, with shopping malls nearby, so it’s easy to find places to eat and shop without having to plan too much in advance.

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Makati with direct access to Glorietta Mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space, which made it feel like a home away from home. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the efficient service at breakfast, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities are top-notch, with a relaxing pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious. Overall, Ascott Makati delivers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Manila.

I had an exceptional stay at I’M Hotel Makati and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made for a truly relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of the hotel is its outstanding facilities. The onsen spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center were all impeccably maintained and provided the perfect balance of relaxation and wellness. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection of delicious local and international dishes, making every morning something to look forward to. The location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Makati, the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife, making it incredibly convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. This was my third time experiencing this with my family, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was excellent and helpful, especially Mr. Raven.

The hotel is getting better, still offer the best room size and views at this location. If you are into the vibe of the bars and restaurants in Pabloion, this is the hotel for you. The only annoying things about this location is the Burgos area, so it's a give and take about the hotel location but the staff at the reception, super friendly and helpful. They always welcome you with a smile. Been staying here for years. maybe on the more pricey side compared to the other but it's the new building in this area

My stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

There is a deposit fee of php 1,500 you’ll get it after check out. I wish they could provide some slippers, and hangers for the guest. And the towels are a bit old. They have small rooftop pool and the view there especially at sunset was pretty. Staffs were great and helpful.

The location is very near to where my business in Makati is. Restaurants, Malls and even convenience store is just outside the property. Very convenient. Hotel staff is also friendly.
