Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. Note that the fitness centre contains very old mostly broken equipment, though the pool looks nice enough.

Garage with only 5 spaces, sewage leaks and accumulated trash. Restaurant does not open after breakfast. The hotel door is an elevator with constant malfunctions. Driveway with lowered lane constantly blocked with cars parked for hours. Very few beverage and food products for sale. Leaks in the reception hall and no access ramp. Female employees are very polite and receptive, but male employees are always in a bad mood and are careless. The only praise is for the room maids. It's a shame because the impression is that the management is in the hands of those who don't care, because it would have the structure for significant improvements.

I booked a room for 2 people on Trip.com in my name. My friend arrived before me and payment was demanded, she informed that the stay was already paid and even so she had to swipe her card for the room to be released, even though the reservation was made with my card and in my name . After some time, the attendant realized that the payment had already been made by me, so he reversed the payment improperly demanded from my friend.
In the morning when asking for water, the attendant said that payment had to be made on time. When trying to pay with a card, he reported that the system was unavailable and that it could only be paid in cash or PIX. At night, when requesting another bottle of water, he informed that payment by card was still unavailable and that payment should be made by PIX or in cash. I found this procedure unacceptable. Even because in the minibar in the room there should be water so that the guest does not have to go to the reception to get it.
Coffee is very good and room nice. The location of the hotel is in the center, close to some of the city's attractions. But the attendants should be more cordial and the hotel policy should change.
