2024年2月開始接客嘅酒店，設備都算新，但有少許裝修嘅異味！我喺中午入住，酒店安排嘅喺三方司機接機，感覺有D差！距離酒店大約半個鍾，由於接機師傅喺拼車嘅，距可能會送就近嘅客人先！中午嘅時候，冇咩人，顯得好冷清，尤其checkin嘅服務枱唔夠大氣，唔多覺有四星，夜晚嘅時候，人多D，開曬燈，顯得稍微好D！房間都算大，但作為一間標榜四星嘅酒店居然冇行李架，有D難理解！浴室都算大，但冇浴缸，因為浴室大到有個浴缸空間都算闊落嘅程度！隔音比較一般，新開酒店，床具冇太明顯異味！早餐品種都算多，但七成都喺辣嘅，食材都算新鮮，蔬菜為主，西式早餐衹有方包、腸仔、洋葱圈，咖啡杯唔錯，喺水晶酒杯，米線嘅酸菜肉醬幾好食，比一般酒店早餐好食D！酒店距離市中心約六七公里吧，雖然可以望到金塔銀塔，但真過去都有差唔多兩公里，孔雀河都喺，距離古鎮，都差唔多兩公里吧，門口有掃碼小電爐，出行都算方便，唔到兩公里，都有個美食城（新開嘅，我四月來，八九成店鋪都喺未開門），但附近都有嘢食！交通都算ok，環境過得去，性價比ok！

房間很大，還有書房，孩子在裏面寫作業，小度智能開關窗簾（紗），呼叫前台。很乾凈，畢竟新酒店，所有服務人員的服務很熱情到位，帶孩子長者很適合，早餐廳也很大，菜品很豐盛，米飯，炒菜，米線，咖啡，涼菜，稀飯饅頭，甜品，要啥有啥，孩子很開心，待着都捨不得走了，並且離金塔很近，離古城，芒晃村也不是很遠，酒店門口有共享電動車，騎着隨便去哪裡都不是很遠！酒店樓下是一個遊樂場，紫色沙灘，見圖片

酒店新開業，就在大金塔、大銀塔山下，酒店設定新、大堂寬敞明亮，服務人員態度好，早餐很豐富、餛飩是現包現煮的非常美味，床品乾淨舒適，還送迎賓水果，房間智能化有小度助手為客人服務，下次來忙市還會選擇住在這裏

體驗太差了，明天訂的是14點退房，卻被前台告知是12點退。我説，那我訂的房間平台顯示是14訂退啊，前台冷冷的説，那是平常，現在是潑水節，就得12點退，沒有理由的。我説那你現在潑水節，就現在我看平台上還是顯示14點退啊。前台沒有理由還是説就得12點。我直接發火了，我説你要怎麼樣嘛，然後前台又變話術了，説14點就請點嘛。留我一臉莫名其妙，你們這樣做生意不地道啊，我就不説你給免費延時，14點退是我購買房間你契約上白紙黑字的，怎麼能因為你的意願更改呢。如果遇到好説話的你們是不是就強行12點給人家退房了。這不是有點強*強*了嘛

早餐很豐盛，所有都很滿意！8樓洗衣房和一樓健身房都體驗。這家酒店已經推薦給了朋友，為了讓這家酒店更上一層樓，我決定提一點建議：
1、標識標牌需清晰
應該是新開的酒店，電梯、一樓位置處沒有洗衣房、健身房的標識標牌
2、可新增穿衣鏡
應該是在吧枱旁邊有一個位置，剛剛好可以新增一個穿衣鏡
3、洗手枱下方的隱藏燈光常亮，點了睡眠模式後，一直在亮，雖然不會有較強的光線，但是希望能接入“睡眠模式”，改成感應式夜燈即可
4、泡池房可增加一次性泡澡袋
5、8樓洗衣房可以增加吸鐵、便簽紙及鉛筆，還有乾淨或臟衣袋。這樣可以標記清楚哪間房的衣服在洗，且需要什麼服務。便簽紙上“房號、是否洗烘等”
滿分💯，提意見衹是因為想讓酒店更完美😎😎

房間很大、寬敞
設施：很新，房間裏有小度小度，還是挺好用的，能控制窗簾、電視、房間燈光
房間裏抽屜裏還有充電線，很贊👍
淋浴間水很好，洗浴用品大瓶裝，好用，味道也很清香
早餐種類齊全、是這次旅行早餐中比較好吃的。
剛裝修不久，房間裏現在沒什麼味道了。
地下車位很多，但是地下車庫味道很大，刺鼻。
酒店到大金塔導航顯示1.6公里，主要是盤山路啊，繞圈的，開了輛共享電車，剛騎山坡就提示超出服務區斷電。步行也有小路可穿行，有指示牌，但是要爬山😂
其實自駕的話可以開車，雖然直線距離很近，但是盤山路啊

位置比較好，就在金銀塔山腳下，打車也很方便，市內基本10塊錢以內，酒店環境也比較好，應該算當地比較好的酒店了，整體比較滿意，窗外可以看見孔雀湖。
