The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Even though the building has an older charm, it's been well maintained. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated not having to request housekeeping, as they took care of it daily. We loved the newly renovated pools, which seemed to be heated, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious, but keep in mind they have a dress code for the breakfast buffet and require proper swimwear at the pool. The only downside was the elevators — they were a bit slow on Sunday, but the wait times were fine on other days. The WiFi connection isn’t the most reliable if you're planning to work, so it's a good idea to have a backup like a mobile hotspot. There's minimal noise from the renovation outside, but it's not too disruptive. The hotel TV is an older flat-screen but has all the standard cable channels. The AC works well, and all the essentials like the shower, faucet, bidet, toilet, and phones are in good working order. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows are clean and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. *We stayed for 4D3N to unwind and celebrate my son's birthday.*

The stay was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good. Had many variety of food to choose from. Like local favourites like pancit canton to pancake and waffles, fruits, salad bar,etc.

Worth the price ofc worth the hype fr cs look at how aesthetic the room and the pool it is🥹🤍But sadly the balcony has no access because they locked it permanently. It’s sad for me bcs balcony is a must for me😮💨💔 But the service is really GOOODDD they help me as much, even if you call them first to ask so many questions and they will answer it very well. Great Hospitality⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pool was deep which a plus, 10ft. the lap pool was 5-6ft. there was a jacuzzi. the breakfast was a buffet, better if there's corned beef but bacon will do. the staff were nice and accommodating.

At first, I was dissapointed to the room given to us - No view, at the corner location which was super dimmed. I immediately requested for us to be transferred and I was given another room by 4pm. I emailed our room two room reservations a month prior my booking so I am not expecting that my requests were not granted. However, I really appreciated their kind gesture of transferring us to a room with view and giving me complimentary birthday cake.

My kids love their bath tub,pool and breakfast meals. I like the location.it is near the manila zoo,star city and so many iconic important sites

I really enjoyed my stay here, staff are accomodating, even the securities, its also good that they allow visitors to be visit us the only sad thing is that when we booked the room the pool is under renovation, we have a kid and they are anticipating the pool to be enjoyed and also the toilet handle is broken thats makes it very hard to use it as well as the shower valve.

Bad points: -the paper the hotel says the lap pool is available but in reality it is not -swimming pool under renovation so nothing to do - information about the swimming pool in trip.com is the last item , very hard to find , NOT IN THE FACILITIES DESCRIPTION. -no late check out - terrible location , can’t walk anywhere around Good points: -descent room but overpriced - giant lobby - good breakfast I don’t recommend staying there unless you are going to a convention there .

The location is Good since my father's ship visited manila which is in Harbor pier the Seabourn soujourn cruise, so we decided to look near hotels and also affordable Hotels and we chose this hotel. We checked in around 5/6 pm and when we checked in I already told them about my request about VIP guests since my father was a executive pastry chef so he is considered an Irritated guest and he is very detailed when it comes for food and he don't want to wait for long so I ask if possible to treat him as special and way back when I'm planning to book here I talk to their reservation regarding for this and they said that my father is considered as a VIP and they will prepare amenities or I don't know what kind of preparation they have to my father and mother room. And as per checking there's no preparation at all and the room amenities are incomplete , I called twice before they gave my request. The restaurant is not 24 hrs so we booked outside and when we requested plates it took a lot of time to wait so we were so hungry . We used their small plates for us to eat. The comfort room for me is not too clean and I saw a hair fall at the chairs and it was so disgusting. And the pool is until 8 pm only 😭 and the other pools are under maintenance where I'm expected to swim what I saw on the website. The staff are kind and shoutout for their lifeguard on duty around 7pm because he is so funny and talkative and for the bell boys who helped us to pack our things and they are all smiling . That's all, if ever we will come back pls make sure to grant the wishes of your guests since we're from la union and we want to have a worth of stay and lastly I'm expected that you will asked how about my/our stay to your hotel since I'm also a front office associate at our home town and when our guests checking out we're always asking about their stay for us also informed if they satisfied to our service that's all thankyou!
